“I'm so grateful that The Shipping Depot exists as an alternative to the always-terrible UPS stores in Evergreen, Conifer, and Littleton. I was trying to send a laptop back to my employer in the original packaging with a pre-paid label, and the UPS store in Evergreen wanted to charge me for a piece of tape and told me I'd also need to purchase another box. The Shipping Depot is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. They assured me the packaging was fine and even gave me a piece of tape. It's sad that the UPS store sets the bar so low, but I'll just go straight to the Shipping Depot from now on.”

“Honestly, I was surprised by all of the negative reviews. I've lived in the area for 4 years and this is the closest UPS/Amazon return store and I have NEVER had a problem with them in all that time. The first time I had an Amazon return that required being in a box (I hadn't noticed that while was setting up my return) one of the ladies kindly educated me that I always need to watch how Amazon tells me to package my return). That was very helpful information for me. No, they are not overly smiley, but I believe that is because they are always concentrating on doing a good job for all of their customers, and perhaps it is a cultural thing. I have never found them to be rude. One reviewer was incensed because they wouldn't supply tape for the customer to secure their box, having done a poor job of it at home...well, neither will the US Post Office! This is a small business that is efficiently run, and I appreciate their presence in the community so I don't have to drive all the way down to Golden. Thank you Evergreen UPS staff!”

“Had an excellent experience there a few days ago with the customer service desk attendant, William. He was excellent. He saved me some money and got it done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
And the problem of the packages not getting delivered in Evergreen? Those are handled by the Golden office. The folks at USPS Evergreen have no control over that. I had to go to Golden USPS and they made suggestions but nothing changed.”
