“My son backed into the fire hydrant next to our driveway when backing into the driveway by accident. It dented the bumper and cracked a little bit of it so we decided to have it replaced. The cost with auto bodywork is always a little bit shocking on the sticker shock side. We went to caliber because they did some work under insurance For us in the past. This time was the same. They came in ahead of schedule and even were kind enough to personally deliver the car to our home because my son was working late on Friday. We would’ve had to wait until Monday to pick it up. They washed the car before they brought it back. Sean gave us exemplary customer service the entire time with communication. Texting, messaging emailing, and calling my son with updates. Everything was explained well and communicated professionally. The other office staff were excellent with customer service. Everyone was polite, and professional. It really is a difficult thing to go through and costs a lot but caliber made it easy otherwise which helps. Would recommend Caliber collision on Woodmen.”

“I usually have great service at this location, but my most recent visit was disappointing. A gentleman named Dave helped me pick out a battery and even installed it for me. Wonderful! But still had no power to my car. He said there was something else wrong and that i needed to take it to a mechanic. Somehow jumped my car enough to get home. Next day I had it towed to a shop only to find out that he left the plastic cap on one of the terminals! No wonder it wasn't working!”

I brought my truck in for what turned out to be a very difficult and complex case involving the dealership that was being incredibly difficult to work with regarding parts and repairs. Instead of putting the burden on me, the team at Caliber Collision stepped up as my advocates. They went to bat for me against the dealer, refused to cut corners, and fought to make sure my vehicle was repaired to the highest safety standards.
It would have been easy for them to just do a quick fix, but they insisted on doing the job right.

You simply do not get customer service like this anymore and one does not expect such positive energy and an eagerness to help, so I was pretty shocked. Walked in expecting to buy a part, but this guy custom made me a hose, and assisted in the repair with the best attitude. He actually managed to service another customers freon as well. Promote this guy!!!”
“Ronak Pandit was no nonsense, respectful, and took the time to carefully listen to my needs. He worked diligently to find the vehicle I was looking for and was flexible enough to find the same truck in a color that I was hoping for and happily switched the paperwork to the new vehicle. In the end, he helped me find the truck with the mechanical features I needed in a pleasant color and was eager to work through the whole process.
Josh in F & I was equally informative, and strived to provide options that would offer me the most appropriate choice in service. He knew just how to work through the hurdles of the DMV process to smooth things out.
In addition, Tiffany's team in service quickly worked to put the finishing touches on the truck and fine tune the alignment for me.

I called Red Line and spoke with Rodney, who immediately identified my mistake and put the correct gas version in the mail for me-even without receiving the diesel version back from me first. “I came in for a battery check and discovered I also had a coolant leak that was never disclosed to me by the place that did my oil change about two weeks previous. Kevin, Elliott, and Jeremy went out of their way to not only replace my dying battery but to also replace the coolant hose that was destined to rupture at any moment (and even did during the course of replacing it). Of course, I paid for the part, but Kevin took the time out of his own day to replace the faulty hose - sparing me a trip to the mechanic.
A big thanks to all three of these guys for helping me out! I will definitely be coming back for any auto part needs!”
