“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maggie Combs at the Ent Credit Union Falcon branch. Maggie sat with my mom, Loan Vint, for hours helping her navigate extremely complicated mortgage issues involving Freedom Mortgage, Army survivor benefits, and DOD retirement matters. My mom had been struggling because her mortgage payments were not being automatically withdrawn as they were supposed to be, and Freedom Mortgage repeatedly gave her the runaround without resolving anything.
My mom speaks with a heavy Vietnamese accent, and unfortunately, many customer service representatives do not take the time or patience to truly listen and help her. Maggie did. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She treated my mom with respect and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted out correctly.
