“I came to the Verizon store on Dublin in Colorado Springs because the people at the Apple Store had made a mistake setting up my phone. We spoke with Dillon, he was knowledgeable, understood our issue and immediately began to fix the problem and set up our phone. He was multitasking while handling our problem and noticed that the plan we were on was less than optimal. He fixed our plan, upgraded the other phones on our plan, saved us money on our streaming services all while we waited. I can’t say enough good things about the service we got from the Verizon store and Dillon in particular. Skip the Apple Store and Best Buy and go straight to Verizon.”

From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades.
