“I've used a lot of uhaul trailers and trucks over the last 5 or 6 years and Wheelz an Dealz was exceptional. The owner was friendly and helpful and took the time to assist me. I will be going back! 5 stars for sure”
“Dropping off a 20' uhaul and car trailer at this location. The gentleman working the store came out to show me where he wanted the truck and trailer. He ground guided me which was incredibly helpful. Very professional and helpful.”
“Always a smooth and easy experience at this penske location. Dan is always very helpful and transparent which makes the process even smoother. My new go to location”
“Amazing customer service, missed our reservation by a few hours. Showed up and they took care of it right away, went above and beyond to help us out in a rush. Best U-Haul location”
“Mike was absolutely amazing! He returned messages and was easy to communicate with! He was extremely helpful during one of the most stressful times....moving! He was very flexible and understood our needs. I would highly recommend renting a UHaul in Black Forest. Thanks Mike”
“We rented two Penske trucks from this location for a cross-country move. In the past, we have always used U-Haul but we found out that if you have AAA, Penske can be extremely competitive. Leroy was the agent who asked if we have AAA and I’m so glad he did! We also had a last minute change regarding a trailer and he had a great attitude about hooking it up.”
“Been coming here for years, and as always such a great experience! Braden G clearly communicated everything, professional and make sure that we were really taken care!!♥”
“To return truck, I had to wait because they weren't open yet, but it says they were suppose to be open at 8am. In San Antonio everything was great, easy peasy getting the truck very friendly. When opened very friendly also. Will use them again! Thanks budget!”
“I had a really positive experience renting at Storage King USA on Edison. The facility was clean, convenient, and easy to use, but Kim is what made the experience stand out.
She was genuinely helpful from the start, always friendly, and made everything feel simple and straightforward. She clearly cares about people and takes pride in doing things properly. Even when I moved out, Kim made the process easy and was just as kind and professional as she had been throughout.
She is a real credit to this location. Thank you, Kim, for being so great to work with.”
“I didn’t work with Richard much, but he was kind to let me know that the trailer I had reserved hadn’t been returned. He didn’t want me to waste a trip, and I greatly appreciate that. He facilitated a pick up at another location. Thank you!”

“They didn't have enough moving pads (blankets) that I previously reserved, but it is moving season with schools and military, so I can't be upset about that. We were able to find some at another store. The truck did just fine. No issues. Thank you.”
