I highly recommend this location - and a military discount is offered for out of state moves! The trucks are well cared for and easy to operate - definitely took a load off my mind during PCS time! And don't worry: there is parking available if you need to leave a vehicle during a local move!”

“I made a reservation the night before for a 10' box truck, after showing up in the morning i realized i was gonna need a bigger truck. I voiced my concerns to Holly and she was able to reserve me the 15' truck on the spot. Holly really came through with changing the resrvation and it helped my move go flawlessly. Holly had me out the door and on the road in less than 10 minutes. Ive never had an experience with uhaul be so painless and streamlined. I will definitely be using this location again in the future! “I went to 455 E Woodmen Rd Colorado Springs, CO 80919, first, as my reservation was there. Due to a recent weather storm I asked Jason about changing to an enclosed trailer. He did not have one but quickly called Katie at reservation line and found me an enclosed trailer within 15 minutes of the location. I was highly impressed by Jason’s problem solving and Katie’s quick work locating equipment that made my trip better. Kudo’s to Jason and Katie for making the experience awesome.”

“We rented a 26' truck and auto transport for a week-long move. It was a hectic time, but Nick, the owner, made the rental process easy and stress-free.I've rented from U-haul at least a dozen times. Nick was an absolute stand-out in customer service. Instead of just giving me the keys and pointing to where it was parked, he walked me to the truck, inspected it with me, and showed me how to operate everything. This was particularly helpful because I had so many things on my mind with moving the next day.I had an issue with the final price when I dropped off the truck at a different location. So I called Nick. He answered the phone immediately. I explained what was happening with the invoice, and he was able to resolve an extra charge that the drop-off location added.There were better locations for me to pick up a truck than Widefield Blvd. But now that I've seen Nick's commitment to his customers, I would go there no matter what in the future.”

“John and Sebastian were so helpful. They were very pleasant and had the pickup truck ready earlier than scheduled. The truck was full of gas, very clean, and they allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot. They also have funny signs in the bathroom for guests and it made me laugh!My issue is, which I did not knock the rating down for because this is not John and Sebastian but really a U-Haul rule, is that you cannot tow with the pickup truck. There is a tow hitch, but a lock on it. I did not notice the lock until I got back to the house with the pickup truck. I called John and he was super nice explaining that you cannot tow with the Uhaul pickup unless it is a uhaul trailer. I do feel this is misleading on the website when you rent the pickup because it states that there are tow hitches on all pickup trucks...so one would assume you could tow with it- responsibly of course! I understand there are weight limits with towing and I would be responsible. This was just super frustrating because when all was said and done it was 130.00 for a rental that I could not use. Again- not upset with John and Sebastian but the Uhaul policy.”
