“Super Duper Help Gentlemen working Saturday before closed with a lady named Jackie. He was so awesome, I just cannot remember his name! I typically do not pawn things ever, I am usually purchasing but I had to pawn one of my firearms to get to work this week and he wa so extremely patience and helpful! Now I know the process and have what I need to get to work and know my pistol is in safe keeping til payday. Thank you so much!”
“We came here to sell some jewelry, and Adam was extremely helpful. He provided excellent customer service, made the process quick and easy, and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to sell jewelry or other valuables.”
“It was a pleasure working with Crystal again; she remained patient and professional throughout the process, and I would also like to extend my congratulations on your well-deserved promotion.”
“I can't begin to say enough how much I respect Glenn and his staff. When you are seeking out a pawn shop it's not always your best day. These professionals will handle you with dignity and respect. I know this from my interactions with them but I have also witnessed them handle difficult people with the same level of professionalism. I have driven across town from quite a while to give my business to this location because of the staff here. I have and will continue to recommend this pawn shop to others.”
“Azalea was awesome helping me today! Great service and eager to help! She helped make sure my electronics were in working condition before purchasing! 😊”
“Brittney was the best customer service manager she helped me when I walked in to sell some shoes and she gave me a reasonable price for the items that I’ve sold very respectful and business friendly.”
“The customer service is one of the best I've ever seen, both Jodi and Greg helped me a lot in not only finding things inside of the shop, but finding things outside of the shop, I wanted to buy something they didn't have so they searched for other EZ pawns that have this item. Thank you so much for both of you guys!!!”
“Awesome place to get loans or to sell to. They give much more than the corporate pawn shops and are very fair and give cash! I highly recommend this pawn shop for loans.”
“Today experience is just another example why I keep coming back to EZPawn, the staff is always great to work with, management must encourage an amazing culture. Dylan & Mason Rock. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!”

“This place is full of stand up dudes. When I was homeless they treated me well and not like a bum and I continued to go back and was treated like family . These guys are the real deal and lots of people could learn a thing or two about being people from them . I was just thinking about y’all and had to leave a review”
“Talk about life savers! Just got ripped off at EZPawn down the road, so I decided to come here. the two ladies working this morning were amazing! Super friendly, informative, and reassuring. They answered all my questions and took the time to test the system for me. I got a PS4 with extra chords, a controller, and two games for the exact same price as the clearly busted bait and swap ezpawn sold me. I would highly recommended this shop to anyone. Definitely not what comes to mind when you think pawn shop.”
“Shout out to fast cash pawn on 72nd and Highway 2 the crew that works there are very respectful very polite. Definitely if you have anything to pawn or sell I recommend them over any!”
“Great FFL. I highly recommend Broomfield Pawn for anyone looking for the most trustworthy and reliable pawn shop in Broomfield! These guys are absolutely solid, honest, and professional. The store has an incredible selection of merchandise, with a constant flow of unique, high-quality pawn shop finds turning over daily.
Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or pawn, their customer service is top-notch. What really sets them apart is their willingness to support you in tracking down specific items. If you are hunting for a particular piece of jewelry, a specific tool, or electronics, they will genuinely keep an eye out and help you find exactly what you are looking for.
It is hard to find a local pawn shop where you instantly feel comfortable, but the staff here is completely transparent and fair with their pricing and valuations. If you are anywhere in Broomfield, Westminster, or the surrounding North Denver metro area, do yourself a favor and check out Broomfield Pawn first!”

“I must say this EZPAWN has an incredible staff. Props to Gabe, Curt, Tim, and I should’ve got her name before leaving but the manager as well. I bought a PS4 with a protection plan. I had issues with it and of course Im very nervous about bringing it back or having this purchase be a loss. But the team listened to me made me feel at ease and took care of this issue Im walking out with a better console. The team made me feel at ease and they are very easy going! I definitely recommend their location and all of them are a pleasure to work with! Thank you everybody!”

“I'm going to review this store from the perspective of someone who is in town on a trip, has a strong interest in guitars, and is wondering whether to make a side trip to this place.
I thought this was a great store. It might be thought of as the world's best pawn shop that sells guitars, rather than judge it as a guitar store per se. They have a bunch of instruments but generally from the lower/mid market: Squire, Epiphone, Ibanez etc. Nothing wrong with that, but probably not the kind of inventory you're going to travel across town to check out.
If you're local and looking to put together gear for a band at low cost, this seems like an excellent place to frequent.”

“Absolutely love this place the only pawn store I'll do business with VERY friendly people, my dad pawned with them for years til he moved to nerbraska I have NEVER had any problems with them that's why I refer people to them!!!!”
“There's pawn shop is a true hidden little gem. I don't pawn things, but I go in two pick up whatever I can that's interesting. I walked into the door and uh, they had a some really killer deals on some tools and some fishing gear that I was interested in. They were able to help me fast. Get me out the door and give me a discount above the price tag which was great. Great deals and good people to work with.”
“Super friendly staff and one of the most well organized/vast amount of tools I’ve seen at a pawn shop. Save yourself a bunch buying new and grab equipment here!
Si hablan espanol”
“The store manager, Joe, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Assisted with a purchase of a laptop. After only a few short hours, the laptop was found to be defective. Joe granted a refund which prompted me to continue shopping and purchased additional items. Due to the actions made by Joe, I will return in the future.”
“Great customer service made me feel like I was welcomed and that my business was even appreciated and thier best to get me what I need .

“Stopped by from out of town and had to leave very positive feedback for Sorshia, (hope I spelled her name correctly), she was very polite, very professional and helpful.”
“Went right as opening for the day the sales girl and the other lady there were both very polite...offered me a very fair price for my items...explained it good and in my opinion this is rare...the high level of customer service ensures that I will tell people about gee place and ill be back.”
“The ladies here are great! They have great customer service and always helpful! The prices here are usually good and they always give the most on the items they can. Don't listen to these other bad reviews from people who don't realize their items are used and that a Pawn Shop has to make their money too!”
