“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
“Great customer service! I went in to get home internet and Angel was super helpful and He answered any and all questions I had to ask about the internet and also all of the phone inquiries i had.
Then, I accidentally left my ID there and Angel had it ready and waiting a couple days later when I was able to grab it. I Was so thankful. Also, When I came in that second time I had more questions and he answered all of those questions too even though I didn't end up buying a phone.”
“Store is stocked up, clean and the employees especially Mr.Gera the manager are amazing and make my 7-11 experience fun and “home-y”! They interact with the customers and always see them cleaning, stocking up or just making sure the store is running smoothly. Gera and his team are improving the store compared to how it was.”
“The only reason i give 5 stars is cause the employees do real good at doing what they can for the store, especially since their store manager hera never shows up more than a couple hours at most. I haven't heard single person there say one good thing about him. I give them props for putting up with that bad of a manager.”
