“I had an excellent experience with Deb at Public Storage. I needed assistance over the phone, and she went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered.

What impressed me most was the level of customer service. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. The manager was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish.

Great customer service like this is hard to find. Public Storage is fortunate to have a employee who truly cares about the people they help. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience. Five stars!”
