“We had a tire issue and needed a tow. Mitch arrived in a short amount of time and was very friendly and professional. We were going to have our car towed to a tire shop to get it fixed but they said they could save me some money and have it towed to their shop and have it fixed by morning. They were super easy to work with and honestly turned a tough situation into a positive experience. Good customer service is rare to find right now but these guys have it for sure! Highly recommended!”

“Rick Schlittler is a kind and patient man, who made us feel like he was there to do whatever it took to solve our specific problem. Because we didn’t have the locking lug nut key, Rick went above and beyond in an attempt to help us change the tire. When it became clear that wasn’t possible, he came up with a very good solution. Even then, there was an additional complication, and we essentially turned him into our own personal valet. Rick is a gentleman.”
“This is my third vehicle to be either repaired or insurance totaled at the Commerce City location. They run a good shop and their work is excellent. When my then teenage daughter wrecked her first car while driving home from work, I brought to it CARSTAR and told them I wanted to set an example to her and made her pay for the damages. They gave me a fair estimate that my daughter could afford and it’s been running great ever since. This one in photo was damaged by transporter and even though we are not paying for the damage, the most important thing was to get it done right and CARSTAR team did the job. Very happy with their work at the Commerce City location. On an added note, I have another CARSTAR shop within one mile from my house but still choose Commerce City for my vehicles because they are straight shooters.”

I called mutiple companies, and when I called Escalera Towing and explained my needs Adrian showed up within an hour filled our generator, and continued to fuel the generator for the duration of the power outage. Adrian took care of my needs with a sense of urgency , he was efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend Adrian and his team!”
