Every car wash has its issues and kinks, [as someone who's tried nearly every chain out there] so of course it isn't perfect, but compared to the Mr Carwash closest to my residence, it does clean my pick-up much better, albeit smaller cars do get a slightly worse shine than others [an almost every car wash issue or a MY car issue]. Towels in the vacuum area were amazing as well. Would come back and sign up if my budget allowed it. ?”

Nine months later: I still like the company, but the 8th Street location is going downhill. There have been days when the vacuums were not working at all. On other days maybe half of them work. You want the towels damp, but they seem to have stopped drying them at all. I have had to wring them out to use them. They made the bathroom employees only and I really appreciated being able to use it when out running a bunch of errands - including washing the car.”

“When I drove up, I didnt realize my membership expired. The special is 50% off 2 months membership. 2 for the price of one. My 3 grandkids loved the lights, the brushes coming from every direction and the garage door opens before you drive out. The favorite was the lava spill. We were screaming, acting scared and because My membership is unlimited, we went through 3 times. The staff knew, but no complaints. “I was a bit scared to pass through this car wash, but it did not disappoint ! Service was great. We came from very far so we had tongs of dead bugs (RIP) on our bumper. The gentleman scrubbed it as best as he could and sprayed it too.”
“$5 to wash my entire car. Wayyyy cheaper than most other touch less places. Really the only issues we had was the selection was wonky and the bay we were in would cut off water supply at certain angles.
But it's 1/2 as much as much as most touch less car washes. Definitely my new go-to car wash spot.”
“The parking lot is in need of some serious repairs leading into the wash. These aren't just small pot holes but will mess your car up size. $2 start is appropriate however I spent about $8 to simply spray my car down, tires, soap and rinse. It takes approximately 20 seconds to switch between rinse and tire and soap so time is definitely not on your side if trying to just do a cheap, quick wash. I have a membership at an auto wash so I just use this wash to utilize the high pressure on my tires and rims which it does just fine. Overall for what I use it for it's convenient and effective”
“All car washes are not created equally. This is one of my favorite in the Springs though! I like the colored soaps because you can really tell where you've already scrubbed vs still dirty. $2.00 ($3.00 if using a card) to start so if you need a quick rinse it's cheap too! I appreciate that it's a smaller wash so it doesn't get traffic from some of the dirtier big construction trucks which can scratch paint etc from debris left in the brushes. Overall this wash has gone through some positive upgrades which make it one of the best washes in town.”

“So I originally had been very frustrated by the fact that the coin machine had taken a 5 dollar bill from me without dispensing any coins out to me. I called and hadn't gotten a call back and was very Frustrated about that. I am editing and bumping my stars up because the kind lady who called me back was quick to fix the problem and let me know it was an inconvenience she apologized for and mailed me back my money. Thank you very very much for restoring my faith in this business and a little more in people”
“I've been a customer since the 1980's and receive excellent service. If something is not right, bring it to their attention and it will be corrected. Regarding some negative ratings; rate their service not their politics. Homeless people are causing business owners many problems in cities across the country, don't criticize these owners until you are in their shoes.”

I tried doing the exact same thing the day before and Wells Fargo and I wasn't able to get my money and I had to wait in a long line, it was a terrible experience. So, I'm glad I stopped here! The teller was friendly, no line and the transaction was fast and simple. I will definitively return if I'm in the same situation or need an ATM.”
“The water pressure at this car wash is pretty great. I got each stage of my wash done in about a minute which is impressive. They also have a little hand held dryer in the wash bays that's super simple to use. It's not the most powerful, but it's cool that there's one at all and it does work. You just switch the mode over to the dryer as you do each other cycle. Pretty cool. It's really clean and in a convenient location”

I had an issue with one of the quarter car wash bays, it took my money but did not apply the time. I called the phone number posted there left a message and the owner promptly returned my call and refunded my money plus some.

“I love a good touchless car wash, and this place definitely delivers! They offer three options: touchless, express, and self-serve bays, but the touchless is my favorite. I’ve come here a few times with my husband, but today I went on my own and had a great experience. The touchless wash has three tiers: $12, $16, and $18. While I was deciding, one of the employees came over and kindly helped me choose an option on the machine, and I went with the $18 wash. Totally worth it! My car came out spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
