“This is the only carwash I go to now because they don't try and upsell you or pressure you into buying their monthly pass. Most carwashes are a higher-pressure experience than buying a used car, but at Carlo they respect you as the customer and are happy to sell you whatever carwash you want and can afford. Big ups to them for that, since most carwashes are essentially the same once you're in the tunnel it really comes down to the service and Carlo does it right.”

“People at this car wash are the most friendly people I have ever encountered at a car wash. I used to use the place at Nevada and Austin Bluffs but it closed suddenly without notice (and the owner was not very nice if you drove through his parking lot more than 2 miles an hour) so I had to find another place and Express car wash on. Fillmore is awesome!”

“Honestly blown away with how clean my black SUV got with the touch-less drive thru wash. I had tons of residue from the roads after a snow storm and it took it ALL off ! Even did a darn good job on my rims.I didn’t see the code for the free vacuum time, but it wasn’t the end of the world either. It was only $1 to get vacuum time.I don’t live close, but I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️”

“The monthly membership offer is a great deal. I live in Woodland Park, and my vehicle gets pretty muddy quite frequently. Every time I drive down the past, I drive through the car wash, which is at least four or five times a month. Having the window cleaner and interior cleaner available along with rags at no extra cost is a huge benefit.”

“We are an out of town softball team, who rented a van and decorated it for our 13 year old players with glass markers. At the end of the tournament, we went through the car wash to clean the car off, but the markers did not come off. The staff helped us find and gave us cleaning supplies to remove the markers free of charge.”
“The water pressure at this car wash is pretty great. I got each stage of my wash done in about a minute which is impressive. They also have a little hand held dryer in the wash bays that's super simple to use. It's not the most powerful, but it's cool that there's one at all and it does work. You just switch the mode over to the dryer as you do each other cycle. Pretty cool. It's really clean and in a convenient location”
“Pretty good, 4 stalls down, but not crowded.When timer gets down to a minute left, it flashes. An audible buzzer would be nice, as the clock is not always easy to see”

“There are very few places left that allows you to wash your own car. Automatic car washes leave squirrels in your pressing and can break off certain accessories (light bars, roof racks, cargo boxes etc, in the process. This is close to home and inexpensive. Glad you guys are in business!”

Regarding some negative ratings; rate their service not their politics. Homeless people are causing business owners many problems in cities across the country, don't criticize these owners until you are in their shoes.”

I tried doing the exact same thing the day before and Wells Fargo and I wasn't able to get my money and I had to wait in a long line, it was a terrible experience. So, I'm glad I stopped here! The teller was friendly, no line and the transaction was fast and simple. I will definitively return if I'm in the same situation or need an ATM.”

“So I originally had been very frustrated by the fact that the coin machine had taken a 5 dollar bill from me without dispensing any coins out to me. I called and hadn't gotten a call back and was very Frustrated about that. I am editing and bumping my stars up because the kind lady who called me back was quick to fix the problem and let me know it was an inconvenience she apologized for and mailed me back my money. “Nice little car wash that's tucked in off of the main road. You have a little privacy and not a ton of traffic because of the location. It's actually really pretty with hills on one side, an active small creek running thru the back side of it, a full mountain along the front then just storage units on the other side and they keep it really clean- you can walk the whole back side with the creek and some nice rocks and plants like if you need to walk your dog while you're there and you don't have to worry about a bunch of trash or nasty stuff. The wash bays are all upkept well as are the machines and washes. Nothing out of order and didn't get ripped off. While it's nice overall, the location and cleanliness are far above most in Springs. I'll take some pics next time to add”
“I am a 61 year old wife, mother, grandmother. I went to the Hot Wash on Venitucci on 2/27/24! I was basically the only customer. The attendants were very friendly and when I asked to go thru a 2nd time, they were happy to let me. Sometimes the dirt just does not all come off.The floor matt machine wasn’t working so they offered to clean them manually for me. I was very impressed with their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for an average customer.I decided, based on the wonderful service, these 2 young men deserved a Tip ?When I drove up to the front I handed it to the young man, and he asked me if I was sure! I said absolutely ?Tipping in our country has gotten way out of hand, but I am happy to Tip when it’s earned ? and not expected ??These young men deserve recognition from their owner (military veteran)!You have a great business and have amazing employees ?Thank you for your service ??”

“Pretty darn good cleaning job. Someone left a can or 2 of soda in my back seats and it got very cold so they exploded and while it made the car smell nice it was not the smell I was going for. they hooked me up with one of the cheeper interior and exterior detailings I have ever seen, and the were able to finish about half an hour early. All in all very good job”

“I'm not stationed at Ft Carson, but this car wash puts every other military base car wash to shame! It has several self-service stalls that were all operating!! And two fully automatic wash system lanes, one of which is manned by a crew of two who do a nice soapy pre-wash and greet you with a nice, friendly attitude. I was in the brushless lane and one of the guys came over and helped me enter my card and select the wash option... of which there were 3 per lane, so a total of 6! Top notch!! Now go to the Air Force and show them how it's done!!”
