The evening staff here were above average in terms of their customer service their kindness and their willingness to help! I hope this place remains a good secret place I said that during the holiday season I can shop there with ease. “Stopped in to get a few gifts for my wife for Christmas. Her usual perfume was out of stock and I was looking for similar options. The staff was very personable and provided about 5 possibilities and knew what each had as far as scents, hints of flowers, spices, and fruits. I found one that was perfect and they applied various coupons and discounts which I very much appreciated. I also picked up two necklaces while I was there. Great quality, price, and experience.”

“I love shopping this store! The managers and staff do such a good job. Recently, my sis and I shopped for items for my granddaughter's bathroom makeover. We had two very full carts while we were leaving and something kept beeping. They eventually let us go. Well, when we went to do the makeover, the shower curtain still had the security tag. When I went back today to take care of the issue, the Manager, Chris, took care of me quickly and had such a great friendly, helpful attitude. It will always be my favorite store. Thanks so much!”

“Just saw one of your employees escort a disabled, blind person across the shopping center to King Soopers. It seemed the person had gotten lost in the shopping center and ended up at Five Below. Your employee was kind enough to take the time to walk them all the way around the shopping center and into King Soopers and help them get oriented.

“This store is neat. I was pleasantly surprised. From the parking lot it didn't look like much. But then I stepped inside to a well lit...huge...and fully stocked isles that were quite narrow. The one thing I have to complain about was that the carts are designed to stay in the store. With deliberately installed masts on top of the shopping carts that make it too difficult to get thru the exit door with far too many items purchased to carry by hand, out, to your car. Or to say the that last sentence I just wrote in just one breath.”

“JCP is classic department store. The staff and customer service people are great. They are very helpful and so nice. I know The Citadel isn't what it use to be. But Penny's hasn't seemed to change and that's meant to be a compliment. There are deals to find here. Much better shopping than Kohls.”

“I came here for Black Friday and all the employees did an AMAZING job! Black Friday is always so stressful on workers and I could tell it had been a loooong day for them already, but they stayed on top of things and killed it. They were so nice and had a couple employees walking around checking on everyone and letting us know about the deals they had going on and where to go. I didn’t feel like they were rushing me or irritated at the chaos, they were just all around helpful and friendly”

“King Soopers is the go-to supermarket for all my grocery needs. They offer a fresh selection of fruits, veggies, meat and seafood, as well as all the pantry and refrigerator staples needed to survive the incoming apocalypse. Some prices have gotten higher, though King Soopers offered digital coupons accessible from their app, due to rising demand and the economy. Many of the items are much cheaper from Amazon Grocery but you have to wait for delivery. King Soopers also offered delivery for an extra $9.99/month. You can also pick up your groceries in store for free. This store tends to be a bit busier than most others. Because of that, many items may not be in stock. It's always best to check the app for your local King Soopers' stock of items you may wish to grab in store. Otherwise, it's standard grocery fare. 4 stars.”
“Service, selection, value & customer service are the most important to me to continue shopping as frequently at the Big R in Fountain Colorado. I have shopped at this location for the last 10 plus years. I have not ever been disappointed with the service provided even on the most demanding of my days. All of the employees have gone above and beyond to meet my needs and requirements each and every time I shop which is weekly if not twice a week. I have gotten to be able to greet each employee by their first name. Not a single one has ever been unpleasant, rude, or dismissive of me. I find the selection to be better than most box stores. The prices are commensurate with other stores in this niche when it comes to feed, western wear or work clothing, hardware or sporting goods. The variety meets with my approval all year round. Even special orders are delivered within reasonable time frames and pricing. I just cannot say enough when it comes to the Big R store and its emlpoyees in Fountain Colorado. A five star shopping experience!”

But specifically I want to give a very big thank you to Brandon in automotive. He was so helpful. I didn’t feel like I was asking too much and he was more than willing to help me out with every little thing I was asking and I didn’t feel like I was bothering him and he just had such a great attitude and help me find exactly what I needed and eventually lol just because I’m so picky with what I was looking for, but I wanted to say that Brandon in automotive was just awesome! “Dis review is for the Walmart on Shelton and Platte in Colorado Springs.After I got done shopping for my groceries, which was on one side of the Walmart, I asked an associate that was putting items up on the shelves and he went up on a step ladder. I asked him if he knew where the shoe goo was. He got down and looked at his phone and looked up where the Shoe goo Was located and gave me the aisle number and letter. I thanked him and went on my way to the other end of the store where aisle L6 was. As I was looking for the product in an aisle full of glue but nothing that said shoe goo on it. I thought oh I’m gonna have to go find an associate and ask him where the shoe glue is because it’s not here where it’s supposed to be all of a sudden here comes the associate that I talk to you on the other end of the store his name is Nicholas and he had the shoe goo in his hand. He explained to me that although the product was listed to be on that aisle that I was on it actually was in the shoe department and he had gone over and found it and brought it to me from across the store. I just thought that was a fantastic thing to do. Nicholas went above and beyond what I have ever had anyone in a store do. I love this store. It’s very well kept the associates are always nice and helpful and I appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the fact that they have plenty of options.”
