“This visit we didnt see anyone running out stealing a lot of clothes, so that was nice. The inside is a little different after renovations. Didn't buy clothes, as I am not a fan of most of their old lady styles. Did get some gifts and yard decorations. Employees were nice.”
“Only two shopping malls in the springs area and we don't go to the other mall. Being from Chicago, I remember that Macy's bought out Marshall Fields out of Chicago and too over their stores. This is a more traditional department store and there is still people like my wife and I that like actually touching the clothes and trying them on for size (can't do that online).”

I love the store and the people but what is the deal with the leak catchers all over the store? I understand brief leak but these have been here since May. It's unfortunate that JcPenny can't afford to fix their ceiling I'd like to know the reason but it looks a little trashy. I hope you all get it fixed soon. Do you need a new roof? I know those can be expensive.

“I went to Five Below because my therapist encouraged me to buy a few things just for myself, and it turned into a genuinely uplifting experience. I picked out some face masks, a few shower items, and a small container to keep everything organized at home, which made it feel even more like a little act of care for myself. I also found a Pilates book that I am excited to use, along with a notebook that felt perfect for writing down thoughts, plans, or even wellness goals.
What stood out most was how pleasant the whole shopping trip felt. The store itself was very organized, and even though some items were still being put away, it still felt easy to browse and relaxing to walk through. Everything had its place, which made the experience feel calm instead of overwhelming. The woman at the checkout was especially kind and welcoming, and her friendliness added to how positive the visit felt overall.
By the time I left, I felt really happy with what I chose and with the experience itself. It reminded me that small acts of self care can have a big emotional impact. I am genuinely glad this store is part of the community because it created such a positive and comforting moment for me.”

“Just saw one of your employees escort a disabled, blind person across the shopping center to King Soopers. It seemed the person had gotten lost in the shopping center and ended up at Five Below. Your employee was kind enough to take the time to walk them all the way around the shopping center and into King Soopers and help them get oriented.

“I love shopping this store! The managers and staff do such a good job. Recently, my sis and I shopped for items for my granddaughter's bathroom makeover. We had two very full carts while we were leaving and something kept beeping. They eventually let us go. Well, when we went to do the makeover, the shower curtain still had the security tag. When I went back today to take care of the issue, the Manager, Chris, took care of me quickly and had such a great friendly, helpful attitude. It will always be my favorite store. Thanks so much!”

I am a rights advocate and this young man is well with communication. I recommend this store when he is working, not sure about the rest of their team because that was my first time there in about 3 years.”
“I come here a lot, the employees always greet me, very convenient I have gotten a lot of things here milk, cans of chipotle, bacon, etc. I mostly get snacks here and they have pretty good deals for them all the time??”
“Admittedly one of the better organized and clean Big R locations that I have been to. It’s not the newest or the largest so the selection is more limited than other locations but it’s an easy store to navigate. Staff is always friendly and helpful”

“July 11, 2026 at approximately noon. This was my first time visiting this location and I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I had a pleasant experience. The young man who worked security was just very polite. The store is very clean, very organized and there was plenty of stock. I didn’t have to wait because there was no one in line. I found it a pleasant shopping experience.”

“Helpful and nice employee. The location is okay too. The only thing I have to say about the location is that the candy and food needs to be changed more often because it was stale and it reminded me of the hood gas station in St. Louis because you have to slide the money in the slot.?”
“The Nordstrom Rack in Colorado Springs has become one of my favorite regular stops. Anytime I’m heading over to Whole Foods, I swing through because more often than not I end up finding something great.
Over time I’ve found multiple Vince pieces, several Rag & Bone items, and even two pairs of AG jeans there. That’s the fun of this location. You never really know what you’re going to find, but if you enjoy quality clothing and like the thrill of discovering higher-end pieces at great prices, this place is worth checking regularly.
The store is usually well stocked, organized better than a lot of Rack locations I’ve visited, and the inventory turns over enough that it stays interesting. Definitely one of the better Nordstrom Rack locations in the area.”

They understand all aspects of farming, equine, and And they’re worth ethnic is amazing. “We just came by to get some toys for our dogs and our foster dogs. Kathleen started talking with us and when we told her about our foster dogs she donated a box of toys to us. What she didn’t know is we had just lost a dog this morning, and were coming to get toys for everyone to bring some joy to all of the pups on a really hard day. I can’t thank her for not only donating but also showing me there’s still some good in the world on a day I was having a hard time seeing that.”
