“I had a great experience today with StratusIQ technical support Rep John and service technician Gus in clearing up some Internet speed issues I had. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. John's initial analysis was spot on and coordinated dispatch quickly. Gus's expert onsite inspection identified some antiquated connectors/spliters and removed them.
My up/down speeds have stabilized and increased significantly.

Went to the Power's store and was helped by Lori the manager and her team there. All her staff there have been super helpful every time we go in. She solved my fiber installation problems and handled everything so I didn't have to deal with multiple people to get it taken care of. Great store and service.”
