The girl, very intelligent, very professional, new right away what problem was: the SIM card died. She replaced it, and it worked perfectly. And she wouldn't charge for it either, or her time. “Last week I switched six phones to T Mobile. I worked with Roman, and Daniel mostly. Drew made his rounds checking to make sure everything was running smoothly. Roman and Daniel were very knowledgeable and fun to work with. They were also very patient and kind. I had all different kinds of new phones to get as well as trading in four phones. It was a long process but they never got frustrated or irritated. I would reccomend this T Mobile store as well as Roman, Daniel and Drew.”

“Ive been to this T-Mobile store a few times. Tonight I went in to buy a couple accessories and turn in my old phone for my new one. I was helped by an amazing mobile expert Xristian Faave. When going through my account there was an issue that he spotted. He took care of the problem and explained what was going to happen, and he would follow up soon. “I applied for a Verizon Business Account in July 2023. There were numerous difficulties with this account which was later discovered that there was no agreement associated with the account during the genesis. Therefore, the corporate office could not locate my account and I could not access via online. For months, this was an issue that I could not resolve, but I continued to received a bill. In or around September, I decided to present to this store to finally resolve the issue and the business account manager, Elizabeth Williams was in the store. She was the only associate that resolved my issue. After she finished, I was able to established my account online to pay my bill, and have access to the convenience. On Thursday, January 11, 2024, I returned to this store to add a second line and the associates could not. When Elizabeth got involved, she discovered that there was no agreement number associated with my account. Once again, she was tremendous with resolving this issue and now my account is set up properly. Elizabeth is great at her job and the other associates are very good as well; I was in the store long enough to notice that she has a good team at this location.”
