“I switched back to T-Mobile after being scammed into switching to Verizon. Never again. We decided to get T-Fiber and had problems getting it installed. Went to the Power's store and was helped by Lori the manager and her team there. All her staff there have been super helpful every time we go in. She solved my fiber installation problems and handled everything so I didn't have to deal with multiple people to get it taken care of. Great store and service.”

“My brother's phone needed to be handicap accessible after we got his new phone that feature was not working. After the second time he brought it back to the T-Mobile store they told us it had a bug and we needed to order a new one. So we went through the hassle of ordering a new phone. Got the new one took it to the manager at the T-Mobile store and after a long time he said there's no way to get handicapped accessible on this new phone and we need to upgrade to a different model. The last store we went to was T-mobile on Voyager Parkway. The manager Brandon determined his phone didn't have the handicap accessible button, downloaded that from the Google play store and activated the feature. It is working perfectly! Brandon was very patient with my brother and very kind. The other employees were also very friendly. Highly recommend only going to this store T-mobile!”
