“Fast service, and great prices. I got a whole set of tires today, after being recommended to Ernesto's by a friend. ? They're super professional, they do a great job, and if you ever need tires, and don't mind them being a little used - it's also a great place to go if you're on a budget. I was able to get immediate walk-in service, and a full set of tires on my car, which was a huge improvement. And only cost me about $290 for 4 tires on a Chevy Cobalt - installation included in the price! Great place to save money and get quick service when you really need it.

“I’ve been taking my 2012 Subaru WRX to Mike’s since I bought it about a year and a half ago. It had a few known issues during the PPI I had done on it that I wanted addressed as well as a few unexpected repairs along the way so far. Mike and Austin are great and HONEST guys who both share a passion for cars (especially the Subarus!). This translates over to their business, they always provide quality work and they stand by their work should something go wrong with a part they order and install. They also use OEM parts which is awesome and after repairs they’ll even bring out the old part to show you exactly why it failed or needed to be replaced.

Even though I didn't get the tires from them, and it was a small issue, Preston, the manager, made sure to fix the issue in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone. “Brought in some older used tires that were well over the dot date of 10 years. Asked for their honest opinion of using them. They advised me they didn't think it was good idea. I ended up buying 4 used tires from them in great condition for a reasonable $380 mounted and balanced quick! Did not even spend 1 hr total time in there waiting ! I feel they are very very respectful and reasonable with a great turn around time! I will be trying to bring all my business here!”
“I had been burned off from Groff's who tried charging me 25k for a turbo charger replacement. These guys did it for less then 800. Greg and Mike know their craft, and are extremely welcoming and professional. They are my go to mechanics and performed a miracle on my car. Runs better then it did when I bought it. “More impressed with this place than any car shop I've ever bought from OR had a car repaired at.
I bought a 2008 Subaru a month ago--the engine light came on, so I called them. They told me to bring it in.
Car was given new camshafts (I don't know what that is) and fixed within hours of dropping it off, ready for me to pick it up after work.
And they didn't even charge me.
Won't find a group of more honest and Godly men at a car shop. This is the only place I'll buy from.”

“I had a situation where I was looking at having to buy 3 new tires because the manufacturer discontinued the tire model I had (K02) when the 4th tire needed replacement. It took a couple trips to the shop and calls to BF Goodrich to understand, but in the end the store manager, Brandon (hope I remembered that right) put some time into making some calls and emails and eventually found me the best deal and credits that I could get. He put the time and effort into helping me get compensation for my situation and earned my business in the future for sure.”

“The morning I got my Front end alignment, I visited two other places for a front end alignment. First Place I visited the rack too short to accommodate my long bed pick up. Second place I visited, They said they would be able to get to it in a day or two. I was very, very fortunate that big O was able to get to it, because they had the best price, very friendly people and their waiting room was accommodating and clean. Big O inspection was free and and one of the places I visited they wanted $60 for an inspection. From now on, Big O will be my first choice for all mechanical repairs.”
