FoCo Fresh was able to get me in the next business day and qualm all of my fears with a full interior detail. He showed me pictures of where the problem originated and walked me through every step he took to rectify the problem and even cleaned my headlights while waiting for the treatment to set, free of charge.

The communication was fantastic as well as the level of detail provided to ensure our family car was safe to be in again. Price is more than reasonable for the amount of work put in. We were also assured that if we saw any other issues, he’d get our car in as soon as possible for further treatment free of charge.

The Accord itself has been great. It’s pretty quick when I need it, smooth on the highway, comfortable for daily driving, very well optioned, and surprisingly good on gas. For the price, it’s been a reliable and affordable car that fits exactly what I needed.

A few weeks after buying it, I noticed a windshield leak after going through a car wash. I reached out expecting the usual hassle you get with used car places like I have in the past, but they handled it differently. They told me hey bring the car in, they took care of the leak, and fixed it free of charge. No arguing, no excuses, none of “that’s on you now.” They stood behind the car they sold me even after the sale, and that meant a lot.

Dawn has been great with communication too. She’s clear, responsive, and easy to work with. She kept me updated during the buying process and again when I brought the car back for the repair. Inam, the owner, has been cool and straightforward every time I’ve spoken with him. He runs the dealership in a way that feels honest and customer focused, which let’s be honest is rare these days.

Overall, I’m genuinely satisfied with both the car and the service I received. They earned this 5 star review because they were honest from the start, sold me a solid vehicle, and backed me up when something needed attention. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy used car dealership that actually follows through.”

He offered a few different options for me for buffing this out and even a hood wrap which I am considering. “The staff that serviced my car on June 11th deserves a special thank you. I have been coming to Casey's for years, but I was especially impressed by the effort that was taken to vacuum and clean absolutely every nook and cranny of my car on this day. I have husky dogs that often travel with me in the back seat. Despite using protective liners all over the car, it often seems like I am traveling around in a virtual snow globe of husky fur when the windows are down, not to mention the magical way mud and dirt make there way through the protective gear. The staff was not satisfied with the final result when my car was being dried (by hand) and they determined to re-vac the entire car before finishing. “all the cleaning apparatus are functional, all the kiosks are in good working order and easy to read and navigate. the overall appearance is well kept. and on a personal note I do not take my car thorough those giant scratch making wheels of suds, even though my car is definitely older. there's just something cathartic about washing your car by hand, or in this case by wand!!”
