Best Western University Inn is a hotel that offers a convenient and safe location close to restaurants, points of interest, and downtown. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and find the rooms to be clean and quiet, making their stay comfortable. The hotel features a nice pool, hot tub, gym, and a 24-hour coffee station, providing guests with leisure options and refreshments. Many reviews mention the substantial and tasty breakfast, with some enjoying waffles, eggs, sausages, and bacon, though others find the breakfast offerings stale or disappointing, and note the absence of waffles despite them being on the menu. The rooms are generally small and simple, with some guests noting they are smaller and more dated than online photos suggest. Bathrooms are tiny, and some rooms are near outside smoking areas, which can affect sleep unless the air conditioner is used. The hotel accommodates trailers and offers safe walkability to nearby restaurants and attractions, with a walkable distance to Old Town and shopping areas. Safety is consistently reported as good, and guests feel comfortable walking around the area. While some guests find the price to be high, especially with fluctuating rates and extra charges for parking, they still appreciate the overall cleanliness, safety, and proximity to activities. A few mention wastefulness related to room amenities like daily soap replacement and coffee packaging. Overall, Best Western University Inn provides a clean, quiet, and well-located stay with friendly service and basic amenities.
Nice, quiet, great location. Felt welcomed. Planning a July trip back. Breakfast is substantial and tasty. 24 hr coffee station. Nice laundry, pool, and hot tub.

Rooms are clean, but smell terrible. Pool or hot tub looks pretty disgusting. The worst thing is the breakfast, eggs and sausages taste stale and old. Toast is cardboard. We were hoping for waffles since they were on the menu board but never appeared

No complaints. Expectations filled but never exceeded. Exactly what you would expect. Enjoyed my time
