“I had my 2024 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 fixed by Markley Collision in December 2024-January 2025. The front tire was blown out, and the back passenger get side end was completely jacked up from an accident in which a woman (without a driver’s license…ugh) rammed into my parked car in the parking lot at my work. I immediately called Pedersen Toyota to ask where to go because I had only bought the car two weeks prior, and they said they send all Toyotas to Marley Collision because they do a great job. “My wife and I recently spent quite a bundle on brand new Mercedes Sprinter van. This was something we had dreamed of and saved up for, for years. On our first adventure with the van we found ourselves on the edge of a narrow and very high shelf road. In order to avoid the risk of tumbling down the cliff we hugged the other side of the road which was full of branches. Once we reached safety, we examined the paint job on the van and felt suddenly sick - the van was scratched all over the passenger side. We tried some fixes ourselves, but we made no progress. We then decided to call around for a professional. Fortunately, our luck turned and our first call was to Jeremy at Body Lines Paint and Collision. Jeremy was professional and personable, and he put us at ease right away. About a week later we returned to see the status of the van and couldn't believe what we saw. The van looked like it was fresh off the showroom! We were SO relieved, and wouldn't consider anyone else for this type of work. Thank you Jeremy!”
“I had minor scrape of an accident in December in my Toyota Tundra. My mechanic (Poudre Auto Repair) recommended Specialty Auto Body to me.While it took 5 months to get the parts to Fort Collins (including an extra 6 weeks due to the grill coming in damaged). The repairs by Specialty Auto Body were done quickly and professionally. My insurance company wanted me to use a different body shop that did not use OEM parts. You have a choice as a consumer to go the shop you want to use. I highly recommend Specialty Auto Body, and would use them again.Services: Painting”

“The most disappointing experience ever when using Denver Family Dent following the nearly five-month repair of my vehicle. Upon receiving it, I found multiple issues that were not addressed, including:
Incomplete Hood Repair: While the hood was replaced, the cracks in the hood scoop vents were not fixed, and the damaged vents were not replaced as promised.
Damaged Passenger Window: A large crack appeared in the passenger side window, which I was told occurred during the repair process.
Improperly Installed Components: The sun visors were installed upside down and on the wrong sides, and essential parts such as clothing hooks and airbag indicators were missing. When brought up, the response was that the technician was in a hurry, which reflects a nonchalant attitude toward the quality of work. This lack of attention to detail is concerning, especially after a repair process that lasted nearly five months. It raises serious doubts about their commitment to ensuring the vehicle is properly repaired, even under extended timelines.
Removed Roof Plastic Molding: Never installed, roof is now without molding side rails.
Poor Paint Repair: The driver-side rear door paint was already showing signs of bubbling.
The "shop" had full knowledge of my lease end and relocation, yet the repair process was marred by poor communication and a lack of follow-up, with no updates or responses to several inquiries. Despite multiple attempts on my part to address these concerns, they were never resolved, and I am now seeking legal advice.
A key concern is that Denver Family Dent is not BBB accredited, which makes it even more important for potential customers to be cautious when considering this shop for vehicle repairs, as I was unable to file a complaint with the BBB

Ralph has been in contact with me and informed me of all the staff changes they made. They switched production managers and sent me 250$ as promised. Additionally, Ralph shipped the new Window, plastic hood scoops and roof molding to my nearby dealership to right any wrongs that the previous production manager made.
The amount of communication/transparency that Ralph has provided has been very comforting. I would trust this company again to fix my vehicle in the future (with their current team) because of how willing they were to own up to their mistakes and make it right.”
“Prompt work and explained why I needed to stay a little longer. It clean and well employed but it all comes down to what insurance coverage you have. Some people had a deductible to pay ranging from $100 to $500, I have full glass coverage.”
