“JIMMY really helped out my family and me today. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with us. We are thankful for his service and we know where we will be going if we ever need appliance parts or replacements! THANK YOU!”
“This is a chain store and will never get 5 stars. The employees were nice. They were doing stocking while we were there and seemed to be getting along well. This store usually has what looking for. Restrooms were clean, and over all the store was clean”

“I purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Factory 3 years ago. I recently went to use my warranty and the manufacturer (Speed Queen) needed a proof of purchase, which I no longer possessed. I called Appliance Factory and they emailed it to me immediately. These guys get 5 stars for their customer service!”
