It provides pet-friendly two and three-bedroom floor plans just minutes from Colorado State University, Historic Old Town, and plenty of shopping and dining. The community features beautiful views and comforting amenities that help transcend it into a home. The staff is great, awesome, friendly, helpful, very responsive, and polite, going above and beyond to make sure every need and concern is met. New management is very impressive and the recent renovations have made the place feel new and complete. Residents feel safe with security codes and enjoy being notified about maintenance. However, there are challenges with frequent water disruption, a nonfunctional laundry app, and ageing laundry machines. Despite this, many residents love living there, feel it is a happy and safe place for families, and would recommend the apartments for their price and location next to downtown.

My daughter lives at Eleven13 for the school year and has had a great experience so far. She loves the location to campus and has made some friends through her neighbors. Recommend for location and student environment.
