Gently educated her about her phone and offered to set up a training session. Noticed her cracked screen protector and replaced it for her. Not just great customer service, left there feeling better about the world in general after such a great interaction.”

“Possibly best experience I had with a carrier! Julian and Dennis went out of their way to help me. I Had trouble getting my number ported between T-Mobile accounts, through no fault of the representatives at this store. They were not able to help me out the first time I came in because of how their support system is set up (I started a ticket through the phone) so I had to wait 24h for that to expire. After a little over a day with no service I came back and the store was busy so once my turn arrived we only had 20 min before closing. Despite the time, Julian made it a priority to make sure my phone was working before I went home. We were on the phone with support past the store’s closing time and these guys did not give up until all was settled. Thanks again! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get great customer service and actual help when issues pop up!”

“Was talked into trying the home internet as a "Trial" only to be told right as I am about to sign everything that it would cost $50 that would be tacked onto my bill in a month. I said I wasn't cool witht hat and then was pretty much guilt tripped into signing the paper. Was told, It is only $50. So I took it home, then had issues canceling it and returning the device. We finally figurewd out how to get it canceled and returned and would later find out that the canceled my insurance in order to pay for that device. I lost moy Iphone on a vacation and i only had 2 more payments left but since the cancelled the insurance, I am no longer able to upgrade my phone and have to pay for a new iphone. This makes zero sense and I will be in the store confronting the lady about this situation. She was a total scam artist. I came in to buy a damn biy a phone charger and ended up with this head ache.”

“Seth gave me amazing service. He was completely professional and tried to satisfy all my needs with a new smartphone.

His only restraints were those placed by Xfinity, such as limited stock on hand and poor billing practices.

“I just heard a rumor y'all are going under.FRII, was an institution that could have found a powerful niche here in Colorado - but due to multiple missteps by the capitalist firm which acquired FRII - it was no longer favored, and doomed to failure.I am a former employee from here - the company was run into the ground by the venture capitalists who purchased it.They didn't want to invest in the company.They allowed their President, Vice President, head of operations, head of billing, their NOC supervisor, all but 2 of the NOC employees, both systems engineers, a jr systems engineer, two network engineers, and more - all walk away from the company between 2016 and 2019. Rather than increase pay, and start providing the funding that was needed to guarantee the data center didn't go down.I am really sad to see this, I had hope the new person they put in charge would be capable of saving the company - but I doubt the capitalist's were willing to invest in him.”
