She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable. “I know a lot of reviews on here are for Verizon the service but strictly speaking the customer service I received at this store was great. I needed to make multiple visits cause I'm a complicated person, but both Brad and Alex (I really hope their name was Alex I'm terrible with names) were fantastic we had to call several other Verizon entities and everyone was super patient with me and helped me quickly and efficiently. I am a new Verizon customer after having been with att for over a decade and both of them were a nice welcoming breath of fresh air! Thanks again!”

“The manager on site 06/26/2026 at this location, was very attentive to customers and employees alike. I was in the store trying to get my phone unblocked and was assisted by Jordan. This young man was extremely patient, kind and steadfast as he explored all options to resolve my phone issue. As a senior, I appreciated his ability to relate to me, and I respect his knowledge and problem-solving skills. Jordan is wise beyond his years.
