“I work for an MSP and one of my clients in Longmont uses Hilltop Broadband. They have been great at working with me and providing me access to the network resources for this client. Considering all the different ISPs I communicate with on a regular basis, I would definitely sum up my experiences with Hilltop as a positive.”
“Just got my Pulse internet up and running today and couldn't be happier. The installer, Peyton, was great - very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. Customer service was excellent, and enrollment was super easy.”
“I wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to Taylor. I have been in the store a few times and she has assisted me. I added an app that made my entire phone system wonky. She calmed my nerves and reset my phone back to it's original condition.
She is so helpful and knowledgeable!
I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to let Taylor know how much I appreciate her and her service at TMobile. ?”
“My wife and I initially went to upgrade our older Pixel phones. We ended up not doing anything as we were told that the New Pixel 11 was coming out next month. We are excited to wait for the newest model.”
“Purchased a phone over the phone and they got me all mixed up, Roberto the manager helped me finish activating my phone and cleaned everything up and explained everything perfectly so I could understand”
“I decided to upgrade to fiber optics and hence choose the Loveland Pulse more than 20 years of service. The rates at " The Loveland Pulse" now more competitive. I have enjoyed the costumer service that I have received through out the years. Even my final uninstalation of equipment was a wonderful experience. Thank you.”
