My husband and I shopped at the Fort Collins, Colorado store this morning. He needed help with ordering a particular suit jacket that was not in stock at the store. Lisa in Customer service was so personable and helpful!! She took the time to find answers to his questions.. Great customer service at this store!!!!

I was envisioning it being much more difficult to get in because it's Kohl's, but I guess Kohl isn't very Territorial, despite what the name implies, because anyone is it allowed in which is pretty nice of him or her.

I had to return an item without a receipt or a rewards account with them. I wasn't able to get a full refund of course but they still gave me half of what I paid which is more than what most other companies would do!
