Akinz feels like the kind of place every town wishes it had but usually replaces with another candle shop or generic boutique. The designs are fresh, original, and full of personality without trying too hard. Meanwhile, most nearby stores seem trapped in an endless cycle of the same stuff.
Support local while also supporting your wardrobe, which may honestly need the intervention.
This place is fantastic. Come for the well designed threads, leave wondering why the rest of your closet suddenly feels emotionally unprepared.”

“A studio that is consistently going ABOVE & BEYOND. I’ve been a pure barre fan for several years and I was so sad leaving my home studio in Georgia last summer. I was worried that I wouldn’t love my new studio as much, but boy was I wrong ! I have felt nothing but welcomed here by everyone. The owner, instructors, and management are very kind and amazing at what they do! The workouts are constantly changing and I can feel myself getting stronger by every class completed. I always appreciate it when the instructors challenge everyone in the classes and gives critiques when needed. I’m so thankful for this studio and team, cheering everyone on who walks through the doors. ♥️”

“Every time I go in it’s the same lady working. She’s is so helpful and sweet. This is the only Buddhist store that I’ve been to that I actually feel comfortable buying from. so many places are just pure aesthetic- this is not one of those places.”

“HEY you made my DAY in Fort Collins. This is Fort Collins. Not a lot of hippies, but some college kids, family oriented town. Yes, this is square but very friendly town. Over 20 boutiques in one small town. I really love the variety of clothes & accessories. I do regret that I ain't have anything from here. If I didn't see it myself, I wouldn't believe this shop exist in Fort Collins. But hey, if you are in Fort Collins, stop by there. You could spend $ 100 - 150, you would get high quality chic stuffs. It is hard to get this reasonable prices within Colorado. Locally owned. This town is always privileged. Boot your positive vibe with the staff or even she is the owner I am not sure. Well, you know what, I gonna buy something next time, for sure. The vintage vibe Cardigans I am craving in there.”
“Blue Harvest is the BEST!!!!!✨We had the most amazing experience yesterday and the manager was so kind and helpful. Unfortunately we did not get her name, but she was seriously the best sales person I have ever come across in my life. Her kindness and willingness tomake our shopping experience wonderful was through the roof.I felt like I had my own personal shopping stylist which made all of my purchases feel more meaningful. The girls are all gems--very genuine, helpful, and kind. I was driving through Fort Collins on a road trip to a friend's wedding so don't even live in the area but would return or shop online based on my experience. Highly recommend!”
“Wow, my experience in this store was incredible! Brikiah is a stylist extraordinaire! I came in not knowing what I wanted and she zeroed in on some ideas, made sure I had the proper fit (I would have bought jeans 2 sizes too big), and helped my narrow down to some great options. I came out feeling good. At first glance I thought their prices were expensive, but you get what you pay for. I love these pieces and will wear them for years. This will be my new go to shop for clothing!”

“I came in this past Sunday afternoon and I had such a great experience. I don’t normally shop at Maurice’s, but I had a gift card. I was acknowledged immediately and asked what I was looking for- I told her shorts and she pointed me to every spot I could find them. She then asked if she could start me a dressing room and got on it right away… bonus points for spelling my name right without even asking! That’s rare! I wasn’t super impressed with the shorts selection right now, but I understand that it might not be the season quite yet. I did end up finding two that I liked. The clothes feel high quality and the dressing rooms are immaculate. That’s also rare compared to other places in the mall and surrounding area. I would definitely come back.”
“I wanted give a shout out to Maddie for being super helpful. My wife had tried on a coat couple weeks ago. I should have bought it right then and there, but I wanted to get it as a gift for this fall. I got sidetracked when I called the store to see if they still had the jacket. It was already sold out at this location. Maddie jumped on the phone and found a coat in stock add another store and had it shipped straight to our house.”
“Desiree was absolutely amazing! We came in last night to look at boards, and she was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She helped my teenager build the perfect board and kept a positive attitude and a genuine smile the entire time.
We even stayed past closing, and she never once made us feel rushed — instead, she continued to make us feel welcome and important. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
I’m beyond impressed with how she treated us and how much she clearly enjoys helping her customers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new board or parts. We will definitely be coming back!

Mel was extremely helpful in that she asked for my thoughts and the event itself so she would have a better idea of what to suggest. She and I walked around the store while she pointed our some possibilities and sought additional input. She has helped me in the past and both experiences have been the same. She is an outstanding representative for Chicos and I hope she is recognized as she is truly an exceptional individual, especially in a retail setting.”
“5 stars go to Brittany. I've come into the store a couple of times and I've had a wonderful experience with her. She takes the time to find out what the customer wants and then goes above and beyond to find the best fit. She's very knowledgeable and offers great suggestions and advice. Sadly, Athleta did away with the Warrior Longline sports bra and I've been trying to find something comparable ever since. They don't really have anything like that anymore which is unfortunate. The reason why I am writing this post is because I was able to find something that I wanted but it was at a competitor's store. My experience with the people who work there was completely different than what I experienced at Athleta with Brittany. She takes customer service to the next level and I didn't realize how remarkable she was until I went to another store. Now, if she could just convince Athleta to bring back my favorite sports bra;)”
