They took the time to answer my questions and provide me additional support each time I came in needing additional information. Not to mention that the fish that I’ve gotten from there have been extremely healthy and that hasn’t been the case everywhere I’ve gone.”

“All the Poudre Valley Pet & Feed stores are great, "Ma & Pa" type stores, with friendly, attentive service, and an excellent selection of various pet foods, supplies and toys. Prices are reasonable and competitive, and generally much lower than PetSmart or PetCo (who are outrageously overpriced). Good choice for pet related shopping with lots of brands of pet food that are hard to find. They will also special order for you. Highly recommended.”
“Wagz has a great selection of healthy food and treats for both my cat and dog at reasonable prices. So is their toy selection. Their grooming is the best and they are so kind and gentle with my sometimes difficult dog, working with us to get her a good cut and wash!”
“I want to preface I didn't get any services performed by a groomer. I used the sled wash station which was very easy to reserve. They gave all the soaps I could need with a spray scent at the end of my choosing. The conditioner was great too. My dog did not have any flaking a few days later or anything. The dryer was professional and they have a happy hood for him! I love how fast drying him was because they let you use the professional grade dryer. From the moment we walked in they were all super nice and helpful. I've been to wash stations in denver and this one is hands down the best self wash place. The bins were even at the right level so I wasn't bent over the whole time. Water temp got to a nice temp too.”
“Super nice folks work here. Always have my dogfood of choice (which we go through quickly with our house full o' hounds). a bit pricey, but they reward their regulars with every 10th bag free. Good food is expensive food, but my guys are worth it.”

“It has been a few years since I was in a larger pet supply store like PetSmart and this location is huge compared to what I remember. I only needed cat supplies so I can’t say how the other animal aisles are laid out but if they’re like the cat aisles, there’s plenty of options and everything is easy to find. The store is clean and the staff has been very nice every time I’ve visited.”

We called the store, spoke to John, he said the dasher forgot to bring the bed. He said he would bring it to us after he got off work. He brought the bed to our house! John deserves a customer service award! Thank you again John!”
“Over the last 9 years, we have purchased 2 mini dachshunds from the AMAZING people at Pet City. Both of our dogs are HEALTHY and well-ADJUSTED. Roxy will be 9 this year and Lilly 8 and my husband and I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Pet City and the staff! I highly recommend Pet City and its knowledgeable staff to everyone. “The staff here are incredible. Casey was the tech who helped me when my cat was having UTI symptoms. She explained everything that was going to happen and was extremely personable and friendly. She put me at ease immediately. Dr. Diaz was very thorough and went through each step of the findings after the testing was performed. He explained not only what they found regarding the UTI but also her overall health as a senior cat, and was clear with a treatment plan. I felt my pet was very well taken care of and I was so pleased with the process.”
