“My pharmacy is truly exceptional. They’ve never had any issues processing my insurance, and our prescriptions are always the price I expect — no surprises or confusion. The staff know us by name, and they always greet us with genuine warmth, which makes such a difference.
The pharmacy is incredibly efficient — our prescriptions are ready when they say they will be, and often they’re filled so fast that even when I drive straight from the doctor’s office, they sometimes have it ready before I arrive. On the rare occasion something isn’t ready, they make it right away without hesitation.
But what really stands out is how friendly, kind, and happy the entire team is. They make what could feel like an ordinary errand into something personal and pleasant. It’s clear they care about their patients, and that level of service keeps us coming back.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything they could improve — they set the bar high, and they consistently exceed my expectations.”
“Love this Sam's Club. Oh let me list the ways! I used to go to Costco but a friend bought my fiancé a membership as a thank you for fixing some household stuff. I am so glad that I don't have to go to Costco again. First off, Costco you have to get your card out and scan/show it just to enter. Sam's club does do that so there isn't a huge line just to get in. Costco, you have to wait in excruciating lines just to pick up a few things. Sam's club has scan and go. Even with just the basic membership, you can do this. Avoid the long lines, get in and out quick. I just show my phone receipt and walk right out. People that shop there are much more considerate. They don't crowd the food stations, they don't stand around in the way and they don't take up all the aisle! Costco was a huge mess, people everywhere and they never let you through. My shopping experience at Sam's is a 1000 times better. Let the "Elite" go to Costco. I will sing Sam's club praises because they actually treat you like a human.”

“Cesar and Nathan, literally changed my entire day. It was gonna go south real fast for me, and then simply being good humans, taking extra time and listening and helping me even when none of it was their fault or responsibility, changed my entire day, perspective, and made it to where I could get back on track. I just simply needed help earlier than they were gonna open, at the customer service desk. When I tell you I drove to 3 other king soopers and a Safeway and a Walgreens and no one would help me, I’m not lying. Stellar employees and even better human beings. Kind of people I’m appreciative of in this world. So whoever gets these reviews, know you got some seriously good people working for you that I think deserve some extra recognition and appreciation. “I love this Wal-Mart. It's clean, has what I need, and I'm not bothered by sales people asking if I need help every 20 seconds. Although, I must say, my overall favorite thing about this Wal-Mart is my favorite employee, fellow Detroit Jerry. If this man is having a bad day, you could never tell. He's always very polite, helpful and kind. He takes time out of his day to help anybody, with a positive attitude, and never makes customers feel that he's annoyed or doesn't have the time for them. He makes the time for them. And Wal-Mart needs more employees like him. I'm The Wal-Mart corporation is truly blessed to have the privilege of having this man on the their team. “I'm really surprised to see how many bad experiences people have had here. I definitely have had experience with the long lines and short staff, but I've been going to this pharmacy for 10 years and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful.
I switched last year to the King Soopers on Timberline, who are also overly busy and short staffed, but the employees there are not helpful and some straight out rude. I miss the JFK team!”
