“My pharmacy is truly exceptional. They’ve never had any issues processing my insurance, and our prescriptions are always the price I expect — no surprises or confusion. The staff know us by name, and they always greet us with genuine warmth, which makes such a difference.
The pharmacy is incredibly efficient — our prescriptions are ready when they say they will be, and often they’re filled so fast that even when I drive straight from the doctor’s office, they sometimes have it ready before I arrive. On the rare occasion something isn’t ready, they make it right away without hesitation.
But what really stands out is how friendly, kind, and happy the entire team is. They make what could feel like an ordinary errand into something personal and pleasant. It’s clear they care about their patients, and that level of service keeps us coming back.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything they could improve — they set the bar high, and they consistently exceed my expectations.”

“Love this Sam's Club. Oh let me list the ways! I used to go to Costco but a friend bought my fiancé a membership as a thank you for fixing some household stuff. I am so glad that I don't have to go to Costco again. First off, Costco you have to get your card out and scan/show it just to enter. Sam's club does do that so there isn't a huge line just to get in. Costco, you have to wait in excruciating lines just to pick up a few things. Sam's club has scan and go. Even with just the basic membership, you can do this. Avoid the long lines, get in and out quick. I just show my phone receipt and walk right out. People that shop there are much more considerate. They don't crowd the food stations, they don't stand around in the way and they don't take up all the aisle! Costco was a huge mess, people everywhere and they never let you through. My shopping experience at Sam's is a 1000 times better. Let the "Elite" go to Costco. I will sing Sam's club praises because they actually treat you like a human.”
“I fill several prescriptions and refills at this Walmart on S. Mason, and consistently have 10-star service from the techs and Ryan the Pharmacy Manager (sorry I can only give 5 stars here)! They go way above and beyond, in my opinion, and are always helpful to answer questions. Additionally, they get to know their returning customers by name, and I frequently see them saying or waving hello if they see them shopping in nearby aisles. I've also had them greet me by name elsewhere in the store if they are on break or had to step away. Due to a different insurance the last couple of years, I occasionally had to fill an Rx at other pharmacies, and the difference is night and day with other places needing to take lessons on how service is given here. Finally, there is nearly always more than one person to help if there is a line, and I don't see the staff turnover here the way I have seen at other pharmacies. It's rare to find service like this today, unfortunately; and I hope my insurance allows them to be my pharmacy for a long time to come (even though I'm a senior and feeling older by the day)! Thanks Ryan and ALL Pharmacy Techs! Keep up the superior service!”
“Great staff, usually cheaper than most places. Unfortunately, there is an "out of stock, we'll have it in 1-2 business days" wait for most medications, which can be very inconvenient.”

“After having insurance refuse one medication and CVS not having another at Target, we went to Costco to see what help we could get there. Sheri and Brian pulled out all the stops to help us as quickly as they could, in spite of it being the usual insanely busy day at this Costco. Delicious, nutritious, and better than any of the other spring mixes from any other grocer in FoCo (or even Timnath: looking at you, big warehouse by the freeway). To a Virgo such as myself precision and accuracy crucial. They work tirelessly. What I always appreciate is as soon as I enter, and turn the corner I’m greeted with genuine warm smiles. Makes me feel like they’re genuinely happy to see me. On the other hand their internal monologue could be screaming Ahhh here she comes! I’m just teasing!! but these three are wonderful always and honest. Truly! if I could give them six stars, I would.”
“I went to Sams optical after visiting another well-known optical center. I ordered my glasses from Sams because:- I liked the frames better and they were a much better value- Jessica was very patient, helpful and even fun in helping me sort through the decisions on lenses (tinting, graduated vs bifocal, coatings, etc.)”

“It's not if things go wrong, it's how you handle them when they do. The staff at the tire center took care of me from the moment I walked-in. We ran into some problems with the treatment of my tire. Kevin, was able to come to me with a few options that would not put me out in any way. The whole team was able to adapt to the mistake they made. Things happen and they made it right! This team takes pride in what they do and ownership of their actions. I cannot think of any reason to venture to any other tire center in town. I'd be surprised if I would ever receive the same heightened level of quality and service anywhere else!”

“im not sure what these one star reviews are talking about, as someone who works in pharmacy and doesn't project their problems onto my pharmacy.. i love it there! a lot of people come to the pharmacy with a very me me me mentality but the reality is pharmacies are a medical office. no matter where you go insurance will give you a hard time, prior authorization will be ran on expensive medications, insurance dictates whether you get a 30 vs 90 supply, etc. things any person coming up off the street wouldn't know cause they don't work pharmacy. so as someone who works pharmacy and has for a while, i choose to come to this walmart pharmacy because all the hard work they do and the effort they are willing to put in. keep up the good work!”
“I love this Wal-Mart. It's clean, has what I need, and I'm not bothered by sales people asking if I need help every 20 seconds. Although, I must say, my overall favorite thing about this Wal-Mart is my favorite employee, fellow Detroit Jerry. If this man is having a bad day, you could never tell. He's always very polite, helpful and kind. He takes time out of his day to help anybody, with a positive attitude, and never makes customers feel that he's annoyed or doesn't have the time for them. He makes the time for them. And Wal-Mart needs more employees like him. I'm The Wal-Mart corporation is truly blessed to have the privilege of having this man on the their team.
