Sam's Club offers exceptional warehouse club values on superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, and more. The store is always clean and organized. The pharmacy is great, with nice and helpful staff. Customer service is also great. However, the powered shopping carts are unreliable, often stopping during the shopping experience. After purchasing products, the exit process where receipts are checked and items are rescanned can be time consuming and wasteful, sometimes creating a line. While this is to reduce theft, it can feel inconvenient. Despite this, many members shop there frequently, finding great produce and a brilliant self-checkout. Prescheduled Club Pickup orders are available starting at 7 a.m.
It has been years since I've shopped at Sam's. The customer service was over the top. I was astounded by how great the customer service was here. This wasn't just one person, this is the way it was with everyone that I came into contact with. Why go anywhere else?
