“My pharmacy is truly exceptional. They’ve never had any issues processing my insurance, and our prescriptions are always the price I expect — no surprises or confusion. The staff know us by name, and they always greet us with genuine warmth, which makes such a difference.
The pharmacy is incredibly efficient — our prescriptions are ready when they say they will be, and often they’re filled so fast that even when I drive straight from the doctor’s office, they sometimes have it ready before I arrive. On the rare occasion something isn’t ready, they make it right away without hesitation.
But what really stands out is how friendly, kind, and happy the entire team is. They make what could feel like an ordinary errand into something personal and pleasant. It’s clear they care about their patients, and that level of service keeps us coming back.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything they could improve — they set the bar high, and they consistently exceed my expectations.”

“Always helpful and efficient. Pharmacy staff here are knowledgeable about medications and especially about navigating the insurance payment options, often going out of their way to check single care and other coupon programs to see if they offer a better discount than insurance for a given prescription. There is sometimes a longer wait to speak to the staff on the phone but that is balanced with them spending adequate time on the call and resolving issues without needing repeated follow ups. I am treated with kindness and and professionalism both in person and on the phone. A huge improvement from Walgreens in every way.”
“Wow! This Walgreens has such a wonderful hometown vibe. The folks who work here are super kind and helpful (shout out to Emily!), the deals on food storage are crazy good, and they even had the 45” black shoelaces I was looking for. On the way out I picked up a double barrel water cannon for my grandson and some discounted pistachios for my drive. The store was super clean and not overstimulating. Everything was easy to find!”

“Excellent customer service! This small, local pharmacy went above and beyond for me today! I am from out of town had an unreasonable issue with my insurance & provider: The pharmacy easily could’ve told me to get it fixed and come back when it’s correct but instead they helped me and spent over an hour on multiple phone calls with insurance and provider to help me get this corrected! I was frustrated with my insurance issue for sure but I also have several cognitive issues which normally would’ve caused me to give up, go home and cancel my upcoming procedure I needed the Rx for but having someone caring enough to support me really meant a lot and they were able to get my prescription and let me continue with my day.
10/10 excellent customer care!!!”
