He even had to personally call and tell me about his experience there. Stor-N-Lock Self Storage took the time, personably; to make the storage process less stressful and went out of their way to do so for him. Very creative at brain storming solutions and had effective, prompt and clear communications. “I have to give this place 5 stars! The staff here is amazing! Every interaction has been great and they've been very helpful. Recently I was busy with moving and having family in town and during this time my roommate cleared the rest of our stuff out of the storage unit so we could close out the unit. After removing everything he removed the lock and left the unit. The next day I hadn't gotten a chance to reach out to the company to cancel my unit yet when I received a call from a nice gentleman who was working and while doing rounds noticed the lock was removed from my locker and it was empty, so I was given a call.
Not only did this make the process of finalizing everything with my unit very easy, but it also gave me a piece of mind that if someone would have broken in to my unit, then someone would have noticed before I happened to go by and discover it. This was a great experience, so I would definitely recommend.”

“The only hitch in picking up a Ubox, if you are towing it yourself, would be that the warehouse is not at the 6100 South College location. You need to go to the warehouse at 3700 Canal Street near State Highway 14 (Mulberry Street) and Interstate 25, on the east side of Fort Collins. But otherwise, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Uhaul.”
“Great customer service, clean facility. We could not ask for anything more. This property is well maintained and when you call they answer the phone! When I called to say we are moving out on the 7th of the month I was expecting to pay for the full month - they said no worries and did not charge us anything for the week - nothing - no prorating - nothing! Wow.”

“The owners and product are absolutely amazing. We were in the middle of a build/move and rented 3 storage containers to move our belongings into while the house was being built. Betty was so accommodating and flexible. Delivery was exceptional. The condition of the containers was great to store all of our furniture, clothes, etc. Once we completed our build and moved out of the storage units, we called and scheduled pick up. A few days later, we received the most amazing thank you card from this business that was personal and heartfelt. This is a 10+ star company who really cares and goes above and beyond. Employees are happy, helpful, and knowledgeable which speaks volumes about management! Management is always on the front lines helping customers too! “I had an incredible experience with Fort Collins Storage for several years. The manager Roby has provided consistently next level service, from my first tour, the reservation process, and even personally driving to the unit to help me replace my lock. Fort Collins Storage’s autopay was extremely easy, they provide a text reminder each month they charge, and they remain one of the only places that didn’t skyrocket prices between 2021 and now. I paid a consistent and very low price since 2021 - and when they raised rent by a few dollars a few months ago, I was very grateful for their transparency and warning ahead of time.

He went above and beyond to help us secure a great storage unit on very short notice. He even let us take a look at a couple units before deciding, which was super helpful. The container stayed nice and dry, I will say there is dust/pollen so I recommend packing your stuff up airtight or in totes and getting a mattress cover.”
