“Adam is SO INCREDIBLE to speak with!! I have been buying CBD from Cannagea (formerly Cananco) since hemp was legalized in WY in 2019. Adam was the first person I talked to, when I walked into their Ft Collins store, way back then. I purchase Isolate Tincture that is 100% THC free. He still answers the phone and remembers me when I call to reorder. My orders always arrive quickly and correctly. In this world of Customer Service being a thing of the past Adam excels where Customer Service is concerned. THANK YOU !!! Liz B”
“I have never had a bad experience in this shop. I have seen the same person working behind the counter the past two years I have been using Up n’ Smoke- and she has always been fantastic, helpful to recommend , and is also a kind person! :D Would recommend this smoke shop over ANY others. Lighting is low but you can still see everything- it’s quiet and chill- as opposed to some of the places that are very bright lit and don’t feel comfortable. 10/10!”
“Always clean facility and extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff. Quality products, fantastic price points and would strongly recommend. Their inventory is amazing!. The College and Drake location in Fort Collins Rocks!”
“Hasan at the GNC store was absolutely wonderful! He was so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the product selection. He made the experience easy and enjoyable”

“I like Natural Grocers more and more as rime goes on. They are instrumental in my choice to take better care of myself and keep me from having to do so much work to make that happen. And in my experience, the staff are both informative and kind. Overall, a superior shopping experience.”
