Staff is super friendly and helpful my only concern is that the snow just accumulates and it not removed, thus making it hard to even reach my unit. Once you reach it, there's nothing but ice so it's a safety Hazzard when trying to get into the unit. I did mention the issue to management, but it didn't seem to be addressed.
