She knows what customer service is..hopefully she passes it to her co-workers because when we first went in it was only one guy helping out customers and i think the manager was in the back but not one greeting or I'll be with you shortly or the manager didn't come out the back room to help anyone..but once karla walked in and clocked in she grabbed us right away!
