Moved in here because it was new and convenient. Was there 6 months, got two rate hikes. $40 increase in 6 months? $225 for a 10X20? You're out of your mind...BYE. Went somewhere a little further, older facility $140.

Despite what the sells team tells you, you will not have 24 hour access without additional steps. Business hours only without signing up for auto pay.Promised a refund. They still have not provided it. That is why I updated this to 1 star. When I get my refunds I'll consider moving it.

Excellent service. Recommend talking to Justin, he was extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Was able to accommodate for what I needed. 10 out of 10 for service. Highly recommend using this storage unit and talking to Justin.
