“My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“The assistant manager with the long blonde hair I believe his name is Jesse. Jesse always goes above and beyond for every customer. Every time I go to the car wash just he always comes by to make sure that my standards are always met with my vehicle. He is the most polite and hardworking young man I have seen at this car wash. This establishment is very lucky to have him and I feel I am also very lucky to have him there almost every time I wash my car. “When I did a Google search for touchless carwashes in Parker, Super Star was by far the highest rated. So I showed up, paid and then as I turned the corner I saw - BRUSHES!!!
I asked the attendant over, and he kindly helped me pull out and brought Samuel (GM) over to help with a refund. Samuel took my info and immediately darted away to do what was needed for my refund.
When he came back we had the most pleasant conversation. There was no pressure or negativity in his words or tone. Just by his kindness and knowledge, he had convinced me to go ahead and drive thru.
I must say, I was blown away at how nice a job the wash did. Samuel knew my concerns - he actually walked halfway thru the wash watching everything, and then met me shortly after in the parking lot while I was drying my BABY just to make sure I was pleased and not upset. He took a big risk that I could have been unreasonable or unkind but approached me without hesitation. He had a great big smile and a firm handshake.

“Self-service car wash has good pressure but not a lot of soap on high pressure soap function. May be necessary to spend more money on pre-soak first.
The vacuum hose where I parked was almost totally clogged up. Will give it another try and see if there's some improvement.”

“I truly don’t understand why this car wash has such bad ratings; I think for the price, it is a great value.
Yesterday was my first time coming here and getting The Whole Thing package, which includes “your car washed, waxed, protected, and shiny on the outside, while you enjoy an interior that looks—and smells—freshly cleaned.” I was impressed by how great my car looked afterward for just $50. My car was ten times cleaner inside and out than it was previously, and I was very content with their work. The staff were also very efficient and friendly, especially considering there were eight or more cars waiting to be serviced at the same time as mine.
Now, if you come here expecting the same level of car detailing that takes a few hours and usually costs $200+, then you are setting yourself up for failure and disappointment. You cannot have those same expectations while only paying $50 for a service. Be real with yourself, be reasonable, and be kind to the people who are servicing you; they are not robots. They deserve human decency and respect just like you and me. What you will get out of your Waterway Carwash and The Whole Thing package is a car that is much cleaner inside and out from the start—just not insanely detailed in every nook and cranny, because that is not the service. It is not a deep clean; it is a general, routine cleaning.
In some ways, think of it like going to the dentist for a regular cleaning: it’s inexpensive and doesn’t take much time. But if you need work outside the routine—say teeth whitening or a root canal—that detailed work takes longer and costs more than your standard cleaning.
All in all, I truly enjoyed my experience here and I will be back. I am thankful to the workers for their attention to detail and efficiency. I was genuinely impressed by how my car looked before and after for only $50 and 15 minutes of my time.

(Also, you should find a way to accept tips when customers are paying for The Whole Thing or an exterior or interior cleaning. I would have loved to tip 20% to your staff so they could pool their tips daily. It may also be good for morale and team camaraderie—knowing that if they do a great job and receive tips, they all rely on one another as a team. The more work they do together, the more efficient they become, the higher the quality of the work, and the better the tips they will receive overall. Food for thought.)”
