On the first visit, he was professional, courteous, and humorous; something that is often severely lacking in today's customer service. His prices are fair and the quality of his work in outstanding. I picked up both pieces of jewelry and he went into great detail about the repairs he made to make sure I was satisfied. I will be taking all future jewelry needs to him and his store. Many small businesses could take a few lessons from his. If you need any repairs done, his business is the only one that you should frequent.”

I have several piercings, and Melissa was incredibly detailed, made sure I loved the placement, and had excellent bedside manner throughout the entire process.
