“last time i went, it appeared a significant portion of the Erie population just straight up forgot how a car wash worked. I legitimately saw a guy roll his window down to stick his head out, and he looked somewhat surprised that he was getting wet. Freaking hysterical.”

“This review is for the dog wash only, as I didn’t get my car washed. I have two rather large pups, and bath time is usually a TASK! I’ve never been to a dog wash like this before—you tap your card ($10 for 10 minutes) and use the buttons for rinse, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry (there’s also a sanitize/rinse option for the tub for the next person—just be sure not to spray this on your dog).
The fact that the shampoo and conditioner come out with perfectly warm water was awesome. My dogs tolerated the experience really well, and I can definitely see why there was a line of people waiting to use it.
Twenty minutes was the perfect amount of time to wash both pups and dry them enough so they weren’t soaked. I’ll bring a towel next time, but this is a great option for washing big dogs. They’re so soft and smell great! 🐾”
“Convenient wash that washes well except my tailgate that has a hitch, which makes it not wash it? Glad they give air fresheners, IF there is an attendant available to get one.”
“The wait is a little long on hot days. For the car wash the prices are $10, $12, and $15 dollars. Also, takes about 5 minutes a car. They also have a power wash area where you can wash your car yourself.”
“Brought our 35ft Motorhome through. They did miss a few spots but the owner was very kind went over the rig and had his guys fix the few things they’d missed. I would come here again.”

“Fast, fast. Fast. Free vacuum and towels. My mom passed away and I had to cancel all her stuff that was reoccurring. They handled it fast and efficiently while many companies were a pain in the but. My wife and I both have memberships. Its like 25$ a month to wash as much as I want.”

“The customer service here is beyond good, they are exceptional. I have used them 4 or 5 times with my monthly car wash account. They always are pleasant, fix your issues quickly, and answer your questions, no matter how trivial in a way that is easy to understand. Many car washes are similar, but Autowash's customer service makes them stand out amongst the others. I voluntarily told them how good their customer service was. They join the ranks of incredible customer service with Discount Tire....simply amazing!!!”

“This place is great and I have been coming here for years. The guy James that cleaned it is no longer there. He was so professional and handled the business as if it was his own. He had such great customer service with the people that used the place.
But I want to say really that unfortunately at times the owners can’t always be there. Things happen and stuff breaks it isn’t always the owners fault but instead the people that misuse the items given. People are so irresponsible and handle these items terribly because it isn’t their stuff.
You will always have my business!”

“Plenty of bays, vacuums suck well (very important), priced right, and clean. Only complaint is the drive thru car wash. It took my $20 bill, spit out a few quarters, and shorted me $8. Didn't dry my car at the end and missed the whole roof of my small car. Entire top was completely missed and I was pushed to exit the bay drip drying”

“The owner of this place is awesome. I was at the location today servicing his camera system and I watch him talk to an elderly lady today and apologized to her that the Auto Wash was under repair. He then asked her to pull into the self service bay and I watched him wash her car for her. The world needs more people like him. I Highly recommend this Car Wash.”
“Touch less wash is the way to go, reasonable price. There are wand washing bays that probably work better for the really dirty vehicles. I'd recommend Signal Car Wash”
“Had an issue with one of the bays. They rectified it immediately and called to make sure I felt like my problem was resolved. They literally fixed it that day and called me in less than 24 hours to ensure I was taken care of. Amazing customer service. This is how it's done. Thanks guys”
“Love the automatic car wash here. Reasonably priced and works good. I've never been here when there wasn't an attendant cleaning up and fixing things. Bays usually clean and in working order. But the auto bay is my personal favorite. They use good soap and wax. Smells good at least.”
