“The only employee in there who legitimately helped me was, Jacob. He did an amazing job today helping me get my number switched over to one of my old phones since my iPhone 17 was stolen. He also did a great job helping with Asurion so I could file a claim to get my phone replaced. His boss was absolutely horrible and basically pushed me out the door 3 days prior and told me they didn’t help customers with asurion. So it was great working with Jacob today. I will be back tomorrow to finish out asurion debacle though. I’m praying Jacob is working.”
