“I took my 2019 VW Beetle to Erich at TruTouch to see if he could get the large scratches off my hood that was caused by someone wiping off ice with a scraper last year. Not only did Erich fix my hood, you’d never know it was ever scratched in the first place! What a truly exceptional job! I had the whole car worked on and all the scratches are gone. My car looks like new! I highly recommend this company! I’m very happy!”
“Many thanks to Jeff, Bree, and team and Autoimage 360! I would describe the work performed as meticulous expertise! I have had work completed here multiple times and I have a confidence that the work required will be carefully analyzed and the best solution applied. Most recently, I had wind damage to my vehicle. Jeff walked me through what was required to get the work completed well and exceeded his anticipated due date for completion.
I had prior repairs here as well for hail damage on one of our other vehicles. One of the large chain shops quoted cutting panels off and replacing them as part of their repair process. They, fortunately, had parts arrive damaged and then never called me back. When I inquired, they had not reordered the parts and had lost our information on the work needing to be performed after full turnover of staff at their facility. That’s when I found Autoimage 360 and I proceeded to have Jeff inspect our vehicle and he performed PDR work to restore the vehicle completely without replacing panels and losing our factory paint. The finished result was nothing less than excellent and back to new!!

The facility itself exceeded every expectation. Beautiful space, an exceptional collection of cars on display, and a professional setup that makes it clear this is not your average storage lot. This is a place built by people who truly love what they do.
What stood out most, though, was how John engaged with my son. He treated him like a fellow enthusiast, not just a kid tagging along. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it made a lasting impression on both of us. My son gravitated straight to the Porsche GT2 RS widowmakers, and I enjoyed the Challenger and a Ferrari Testarossa. John's collection includes some genuinely surprising cars, and his personal BMW is absolutely stunning.
If you love cars and trust matters to you, I would absolutely store a cherished car here without hesitation. Highly recommend John and the entire Black Mountain Motorworks team.”

This was my first experience getting a ceramic coat and ppf on any vehicle I've owned and finding someone I could reliably leave my first brand new car with felt like a daunting task. After a few calls, I found Mile High Image. Filip was the first personable person I spoke with when getting quotes which made me feel like this was the right place. Upon bringing my car to his shop, he walked me through the process of what was going to be done and answered my plethora of amateur washing and detailing questions. “A bit late in writing this review. I visited my daughter in mid July 2026 and noticed a popped-out rear reflector and road rash on the rear of her Mazda CX5. I checked out various services for detailing and minor repairs, and Recon Center came up with consistent reviews. They took the car on a Saturday with less than one day's notice, even though it caused them to close two hours later than scheduled. The team did a great job; the car was completely detailed inside and out, spotless, almost like new. The road rash was buffed out; some touch-up paint was applied and buffed in. The result was an almost new car look! The team was so proud when I returned; I felt like I was unwrapping a Christmas present. Highly recommended. Owner-operator-run. Courteous and professional in all ways.”
