After a couple of years of comfort our toggle switch broke on our recliner. Trey ( the store manager) came out to the house. Evaluated the problem and sent a crew in to replace the parts to new like condition.
It’s really nice to see a company stand by their product.”

“My wife and I worked with Amanda who was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the mattresses and helped guide us in picking out a replacement for our previous mattress which had given up the ghost. She spent a lot of time with us and we were never rushed. You could tell she really wanted us to be happy with our purchase and wasn't just trying to sell us something. The store was very nice and clean and we were provided with comfortable pillows and pillow protectors for testing out the mattresses. “My wife and I came to the store almost an hour before closing just to see what kind of mattress we want for our new bedroom, we were going to go into the store the next day but we had some spare time. As we walk in, Tyler greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help us. My wife and I told him exactly what we were looking for and he showed us three different mattresses that fit our needs. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and one of the best customer service we had ever had. It took us a minute to decide, but we found our mattress! The STORE ROOM it self, was in need of tlc. Kinda shabby. Lightning needs updating. Old carpet. Too many beds, feels & looks cramped. Some people might be deterred from shopping there. Overall a very good experience!”

“Les was amazing! I walked in and was looking around before he came to talk to me and see what I was looking for. One of the couches on the floor was a beautiful velvet. Fun and perfect size. He didn’t pressure me into buying it right then and there, but we just kind of talked about life while I sat on the couch and enjoyed how comfy it is. After talking for a bit, I decided this was the couch. It was exactly what I wanted and he gave me a great deal on it. Also, the movers were nice and the couch was unharmed being shipped to my place. We got in and out of there very quickly. Shay packed it up very securely and helped me load it into my car. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and David was still nice and willing to help, not rushing us out the door. He was kind, professional, and not pushy at all. I never thought I would meet someone who hates ohio as much as I do, but I stand corrected. David and I bonded over experiences of having to deal with people from ohio. Not fun. They’re typically not smart and tend to be rude. Go Blue. Stop in and ask for David to hook you up with new furniture, unless you’re from Ohio (then go jump off a bridge).”

“I traveled to Mattress Firm at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd today “strictly on an information gathering expedition”. This store was my first stop in search of a fairly nice mattress/adjustable frame combination for my partner’s Christmas present. I/we were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Matt who just happened to be the stores manager. Fast forward…I walked out of my first place purchasing two (2) Beautyrest Black series three mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable frame. The way that Matt took his time to answer our every question, his personal professional insight, his expertise in showing us many different choices and most of ALL his earnest desire to earn our business was “THE WINNING COMBINATION”. If you are a serious shopper for any mattress size or price range you have to go speak with this young man.
