“Steven was really helpful and knowledgeable of the mattresses I bought. He was very clear of the store’s 365 day sleep policy, which helped reduce the stress of making a big purchase. Basically, first three or four months, the mattress can be returned for 100% in store credit to try a different one. He was the first one with a sincere customer service approach, with a desire to actually fit me with a mattress for my needs. The only one to actually provide service and do the mattress test on me, no other sales reps provided at the other stores. I had no intentions of buying a mattress that day, but walked out with mattress and accessories the same day because of his exceptional service he provided! The kids were able to engage and test the beds with us, we tested new pillows, and were able to dig into the details of mattress technology. Absolutely fabulous place to show for mattresses and pillows. The purchase was streamline, transparent, and efficient. We then had a mattress delivered, and the old mattress moved to a new location, and the delivery team was very pleasant as well! Can’t recommend Sleep Basil more! “My family and I drove about an hour to visit the Naturepedic Mattress store, and I can honestly say it was 100% worth the drive! We chose Naturepedic because we wanted high quality, thoughtfully made mattresses for our children, and we felt really good about their products and what the company stands for.
The two women who helped us made the experience even better. I’m so disappointed that I can’t remember their names because they truly deserve to be recognized! They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. They actually helped our children choose their own mattresses while also giving us the knowledge and information we needed to feel confident in their mattress choices. They also helped us choose an amazing matress topper for our bed, which is extremely comfortable, by the way! They answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.
The whole experience was easy, informative, and comfortable. It’s not often you drive an hour somewhere and leave thinking, “That was absolutely worth it,” but that’s exactly how we felt.
We’re so happy with our purchases and grateful for the time and care they put into helping our family. 10/10 experience! I would absolutely recommend Naturepedic to anyone looking for a mattress, especially families.”
