The office is inviting, inclusive, and there’s plenty of places to sit. The decor is amazing too! They made the experience stress free even though it could have been a tedious process. “I arrived a little early for my appointment and was seen within a couple of minutes. It was very refreshing to have an appointment time honored!
The office was a little difficult to find because there's a big sign above the door that says Optum, but if you look carefully, there's a paper sign taped to the window that tells you there are a couple of other businesses through the entrance, including Quest.”
“This was the best lab experience I have ever had! I am not a fan of needles but Diane was so sweet, put me right at ease and the actual blood draw was completely painless. I will definitely come back here for any future labs.”

“I’ve gone to this quest location a couple of times. It was very easy to make an appointment even for the next day. There is free valet parking downstairs. I didn’t really have to wait very long to go in. Daniel has taken care of me the last 3 times and is very gentle and efficient which I appreciate! No bruise and in and out within 10 minutes!”
“The gentleman at the counter was very nice. He was very prompt and helpful. I can see why some people would interpret him as a grumpy old man but if you just scratch a little the surface he is a really cool guy. He's the only one open on Saturdays so thank you very much. I was the only one there so zero wait at 10:00am. I recommend this establishment and also that you don't judge a book by its cover”

An employee was there and took me back to have my blood draw. It was very quick and all the employees were professional and very nice people. “I had a very positive experience with Jamie. I had to go here for my life insurance medical exam.I was very nervous and overwhelmed leading up to the visit. I’ve had a history of bad experiences with blood draws. She was very calm and kind. She was also very fast. She was even supportive when I felt sick to my stomach from the blood withdrawal due to anxiety I get from blood draws. She made it the least painful time I’ve ever had & I was able to bounce back faster than usual due to her insightfulness and support.I would recommend this place in person.”
