I saw that this jeweler had good reviews so I went in today and wasn’t disappointed with the service provided. I felt very comfortable and informed. I didn’t feel pressured or patronized. “Felipe & crew are CRUSHING Black Friday! I was just in the Lakeside EZ Pawn this evening, and was worried with it being black Friday, but they had extra staff working and even with a busy store, I was taken care of really quickly! I cannot speak on other's being ok with a price, but Felipe made me a great deal on the controller I was buying and I am happy with the overall transaction and super happy with the store and how I was treated. And that is is cleaned up and really nice looking compared to a while back, they really are crushing it here. I am the first to complain when things suck, so I try to remember to give kudos when they are are. Thanks EZP Lakeside!”

Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... At least they will treat you and your items with respect and fairness. Come check them out!”

“I'm telling you right now, this is unequivocally the "BEST" pawnshop in all of Denver. I purchased a new Lenovo Gaming computer to run my high-speed Blackjack simulations for my book, "Dynamic Blackjack" and it was $400 less than EZ Pawn wanted for there's. When I went to look at the same computer at EZ Pawn, they plugged it in and it didn't even work!!!!Thank God, because it put me on the oddesy to keep surching for the same computer. “Talk about life savers! Just got ripped off at EZPawn down the road, so I decided to come here. the two ladies working this morning were amazing! Super friendly, informative, and reassuring. They answered all my questions and took the time to test the system for me. I got a PS4 with extra chords, a controller, and two games for the exact same price as the clearly busted bait and swap ezpawn sold me. I would highly recommended this shop to anyone. “I’ve been coming here with my son for years. Recently we came in to purchase a few items and have been very pleased with all of our purchases. Over the years the store has grown and it’s one of the most well organized in the city. Most pawn shops in town are a mess and inventory in those places is always beat up and dirty. I like coming here because they keep the shop super clean, prices are fair, and they take great care of their inventory. When I come I have total confidence that whatever I buy will be in mint condition. Glad to see they survived COVID and are still going strong. ? “Carlos & Steve are the best!! I’ve never been to this pawnshop before, so I wasn’t in the system and they normally can’t do you favors and give you the amount you came in asking for. I needed a loan on my AirPod pros that are personalized with my name (makes it harder to sell so I actually should’ve got less) and I was quoted for $40 before coming in. He asked how much I was hoping to get and I said $60. Carlos gave Steve the ok to go ahead and take a chance on me. Good people and good business still exists . I will be returning for sure, no other pawn shops will get my business. They are both also so professional, quick, helpful and I just loved the experience I had with them today. I don’t expect good customer service from pawn shops so I am so happy I found them! Thank you so much Steve and Carlos!”

“Bought a car from here after I crashed mine and it ended up being better than my old one. A Subaru with low miles and no problems. Passed emissions. They had put a new windshield and new tires on before I bought it and chris put gas in it for me as well. 10/10 would recommend”
