Great customer service! After a couple of years of comfort our toggle switch broke on our recliner. Trey ( the store manager) came out to the house. Evaluated the problem and sent a crew in to replace the parts to new like condition. It’s really nice to see a company stand by their product.

The two salespeople who assisted me at RTB were very helpful and kind! I needed a special pillow for an injured neck, and they explained the pillows, helped me choose, and then helped me exchange it for the proper size. Highly recommend.
