“LeRoy and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Closing out an office can be a daunting task, but LeRoy and his team made it easy. I was very impressed with how thorough and efficient they were — from disassembling furniture to clearing everything out. At the final walkthrough, I was fully expecting to have a punch list of items still needing to be grabbed or cleaned up. To my surprise, there was nothing. They handled every last detail. “I visited Desks Incorporated with my daughter Alexa to purchase desks for our newly renovated office. Martha took great care of us, walked us through a lot of options, and helped us find the right desk set for our space.

“I stopped by the Herman Miller store in Denver while I was in town because I’ve been considering the Embody chair for a few years. Kathryn helped me while I was there and the whole experience was great.
She walked me through all the adjustments on the chair, explained some of the design and history behind it, and let me take my time trying everything out. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all. She gave me a quote, emailed it over, and encouraged me to think about it rather than trying to pressure me into buying on the spot.
After my trip I reached out to her again with a few questions and she was just as helpful over email. That level of customer service honestly played a big role in me deciding to go ahead and purchase the Embody.

“I needed two memorial images mounted on poster board for a funeral on Tuesday morning. I called the store on Sunday and spoke with Amber, who asked me to come in with the images so she could take a look. When we arrived, she immediately knew what we were there for. After reviewing the images, she quickly got us set up in the system and gave us a clear timeframe for when they would be ready later that same day.
When we picked them up, the mounts were beautifully done. I’m truly appreciative of the excellent customer service, empathy, and care Amber showed during such a difficult time. “We have an older Kyocera that keeps running but Sheldon dropped by about a month ago because he had time and hadn't seen the machine for a while, just to tune it up. Unrelated to the tune up, the unit had a laser cleaner error - Sheldon was on site within two hours and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. The Kyocera has been a great machine but we appreciate the great support from ABT and Sheldon.”

“Shout out to Alex for being an outstanding customer service staff member! He should be the manager, he was so helpful, kind and patient. I have a neurological disorder and your printer was really giving me a hard time, the manager was very rude to me but Alex checked on me as I was exiting the store empty handed and he said “oh please come with me and I’ll take care of the problem” It was the system not me and he printed my documents on a different printer. I really needed those. His compassion for my anxiety meant so much to me whereas the manager was a cold horrible man who walked away and could care less. I almost left without my needed purchase printed and a horrible impression of Office Depot. So thankful to Alex for helping me and noticing I was upset, very rare these days, he’s a very special guy and should be recognized for his wonderful heart and knowledge, the manager didn’t know how to do it.
