“Kristian was great to work with, he got me exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes and offered me multiple delivery and pickup options.If it wasn’t for how great Kristian was to work with this would have been a 1 star review for sure!I did pickup at the local warehouse. That part of the process was TERRIBLE! It took over 30 minutes for me to get the 1 twin sized item I purchased. After verifying what I needed and being asked to pull up to the door for loading it was over 15 minutes before my item arrived for loading.”

“Great buying experience - go the this corporate store and ask for Carol, she was wonderful! Carol spent over an hour with us, and was extremely consultative, educational and patient. After trying out multiple “delivered in a box” mattresses, laying on dozens of others and nearly buying a Sleep Number, we finally allowed ourselves to lay on a Tempur-Pedic. “Les was amazing! I walked in and was looking around before he came to talk to me and see what I was looking for. One of the couches on the floor was a beautiful velvet. Fun and perfect size. He didn’t pressure me into buying it right then and there, but we just kind of talked about life while I sat on the couch and enjoyed how comfy it is. After talking for a bit, I decided this was the couch. It was exactly what I wanted and he gave me a great deal on it. Also, the movers were nice and the couch was unharmed being shipped to my place. Definitely recommend as they are all super nice and they have a couch for everybody’s taste”

Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. James became our personal interior design consultant and helped us select furniture for the entire 3-bedroom home. He took measurements of each space, offered multiple design options and made sure all the rooms flowed together. Did I mention he did all of this for us over the phone while we were still in Florida?!?!? James also personally oversaw the delivery, assembly and placement of every piece of furniture prior to our arrival. It was so wonderful to see our beautifully furnished home for the first time and sleep in our dream cloud bed after our 30-hour road trip. James made sure everything was exactly perfect. When the sleeper sofa we had selected didn’t fit down the stairs, James quickly swapped it out for a Queen futon……that same day! The furniture quality is excellent and level of service was incredible. If you need one piece of furniture or twenty -five, James and Denver City Furniture will exceed your expectations!”
