Liz was so helpful, experienced and professional every step of the way. Help us choose carpet and padding and was super flexible on a couple of schedule changes I threw at her (not last minute). The installer team did an amazing job and did a detailed walkthrough with me after the install was complete. I could not find one issue. A great experience. Go see Liz at this store!

I have been having a difficult time deciding on an area rug for my living room, and I got help from Liz who was so kind, and knowledgeable! I'm glad I talked with her because she got me a much nicer rug at a more affordable price AND she saved me from getting the wrong size. Thanks Liz & Carpet Exchange!! I worked with Liz, and she was so helpful when picking out the floors. But she really nailed it when my stairs didn’t match the floors themselves. She had custom stair noses made and had them installed at no charge.

I love this store! So many great options for flooring! I purchased a beautiful area rug. In trying to find the perfect one, Liz, my saleswoman, had the patience of a saint! She rolled out ones I was interested in and was not annoyed that I wanted to see quite a few. She had a good sense of the type of design and colors I was going for, and helped me narrow it down to a beautiful rug that I love. The people at Carpet Exchange are across the board knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional, patient, and their selection and availability of products is more than enough. I will not go anywhere else for flooring.

I love the service I received from Liz at the Carpet exchange. She was personable, friendly and answered all my questions. Her knowledge of what carpet and flooring would work best in our home and family was on point. She made everything from the ordering of materials to installation seamless and low stress. When I shop for flooring I want professional advice from experienced salespeople. I feel I can get that through Carpet Exchange. The prices are hard to beat. The warranties are great and you know they support you and your purchase. They always have for me.

Carpet Exchange put in carpet and flooring at our newly purchased home while we were still living out of state. The staff were extremely helpful with selecting the flooring and had excellent communication. We love the flooring and will come back when we do another flooring project.

Very positive experience from ordering, scheduling and installation. The carpet we selected arrived and was installed according to plan and we had a tight schedule. Installers were professional and hard working. We are very happy with our purchase.

Bought new countertops from them. Price was reasonable until 2 days before install when they demanded an extra $1050 but would not explain these charges. The installers were terrible. Left my wallboard destroyed, broke outlets, and left the entire house covered in a layer of dust that they did not attempt to clean up. Go elsewhere.

Good experience at CE Golden. Needed master bed recarpeted and I could not be there. Job was well done and looks great. Sales personnel also very efficient. Only thing I would recommend is that after carpet installed (w/o owner on site) a follow up phone call or message confirming successful install. Thank you!

Todd helped us choose a carpet and then Carpet Exchange custom-made the size we needed. Todd was a pleasure to work with: professional, friendly, responsive. And the carpet was delivered to the store sooner than expected. Could not be more happy with the experience!
