Worst service ever if you can even call it that. 3 weeks no service but they keep charging me! Can’t fix any basic issues, this is absolutely ridiculous. It’s 2025 this shouldn’t be that hard.

Had a late fee, $34.00 for a $70 bill. I called and they would wave the late fee if I set up auto pay with them. With their record of customer service they are the last people I want attached to my banking accounts. Excessive late fees, can't wait for Google fiber internet to be active in North Lakewood.

Absolutely horrible, we’ve been out of internet for a month. A technician “missed” our appointment today and another appointment can’t be scheduled for 10 days. We will be canceling our internet service and choose a more reliable provider.
