“We decided to sell a rare coin collection and some estate jewelry and reached out to Wild West Traders. In addition to having stellar reviews on Google, Wild West was relatively close to us—not in one of Denver's rougher areas, but in a safe part of Golden—which matters when you have to transport an expensive lot of items. Wild West is a family-run business that has been around for 17 years. Established. We worked with Dane, who was knowledgeable as well as personable and patient. Because of the size and scope of what we had, we received appraisals from three different vendors. Dane was overall the most competitive, even with the jewelry pieces. Dane made the transaction easy and satisfying. We would definitely work with him again. Highly recommended. Five stars.”

“The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! Chloe, Marcus, Jacob, Tim, Saul, and Brian are all extremely knowledgeable, efficient, welcoming, and friendly. From the minute I walked in the very first time, I knew it was a place I’d come back again and again for all my needs. Westminster Arms is the best in Colorado! (Oh and huge bonus, there’s usually a cute dog to pet!)”

“Nice place with a massive collection and friendly staff, the trade off is that they seem to run more expensive than other stores for comparable items. In any case, if you’re looking for something fairly unique, they probably have it.”

“I can't say enough about this gun shop! It's truly awesome and Mark, the owner is very helpful. I recently had a pistol jam and he was able to resolve my issue and showed me how to properly clean my pistol. He took his time and went step by step for me to learn. It was Awesome!”

“I stopped in, on happenstance....had been notified that my rental was going on the market for sale. I had purchased a couple handguns and a 22 long rifle some years back, and happened to have them in the trunk that day....I stopped in, and asked if they were interested. Bring them in!! I did! Warren looked them over, and admittedly they were old, and only display wall hangings, in my house. I was asked, how much are you looking for? $100, I asked. Done, he said. Several weeks later, I came across a very early metal box labeled gun cleaning kit...it came with my original purchase of the three gun set....I knew it belonged with those handguns, so drove by again, and donated it to Warren, as it should be! Paul Z. Glad to do business with your shop in the near future!”

“Owner is a great dude. He's great to talk to, very knowledgeable, patient, insightful, and has a great sense of humor. Prices are superb. Vibe is just right. It's a unique gun store, and half of the fun is the experience. Reminds me of how gun stores were 20 years ago, when you were around other folks who just liked guns, liked to be there, and when it was a little more than just a gun counter transaction. If you're in the area, give him a call and stop by. Trust me, you won't mind a little bit of dust on that one box of ammo you have been looking for since 2015.”
